    Unlike some of past work, Smile is musically coeherent, cohesive, yet puts a downtempo pop beat track with a more acoustic touch sound in the same album. It really shows lyric-wise and in rhythm how much Katy Perry has grown and is able to produce a variety of music styles.

    Un álbum divertido y lleno de fantasía, sin duda Katy Perry supo cómo encontrar la luz en toda la oscuridad, es una lastima que "los críticos profesionales" se enfoquen más en comparar a Katy Perry con otros artistas que con sus trabajos anteriores y no saber si quieren una Katy que siga sus raíces o se reinvente. Espero que algunos mensajes pueda llegar a las demás personas

    It´s one of my favorite albuns of the year and also her career. It is joyfull and i believe is the tipe of record that we need in this difficult times. I found it very cohesive with barely any skippable songs and couldn´t desagree more with the critics who are bashing this album back and forth. You can dislike the artist as you want but don´t use this or any excuse like "this isn´t theIt´s one of my favorite albuns of the year and also her career. It is joyfull and i believe is the tipe of record that we need in this difficult times. I found it very cohesive with barely any skippable songs and couldn´t desagree more with the critics who are bashing this album back and forth. You can dislike the artist as you want but don´t use this or any excuse like "this isn´t the right time to launch this kind of music" to give such a harsh review on somebody´s work. Be fair.… Expand

    Katy gave us her best album so far, I love it, Cry About it Later, Teary Eyes, Not the End of the World and Champange Problems are the best songs on the album.

    All the songs are stupendously cool, they bring great insight into life Some songs on the album are better than others but they all have something special This album I highly recommend.
    To see the beauty of this, apart from listening to the songs, you must analyze the beautiful lyrics that all the songs carry.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
