    There are major songs on this album. Happiness is not boring, thinking that something has to be sad and complicated to be "interesting" is a total lack of understanding of what art is. And of what people need in these difficult times.     Los críticos se están enfocando en la vida y el pasado de Katy Perry, no se están centrando en calificar el álbum. Un excelente álbum lleno de sonidos nuevos y frescos, nos muestra una línea lírica que va desde bailar en medio de lágrimas, reconocerse a sí misma como resiliente, hasta darnos un excelente mensaje de paz con only love.

    This album is the perfect example of: concept, cohesion and quality, running away from any generic album, the Smile album presents authenticity! Most importantly, it connects with whoever listens and conveys your message. Who has never had to put a smile on their face to not show their pain and their problems to other people?

    This album is so fun and fresh. The production added up with Katy’s great vocals and lyricism makes this the perfect album to listen to if you want a quick escape from everything going on in the world right now. Excellent work

    Quizás el mejor disco de Katy. Muy a la par con TD. Para los críticos que la están acribillando por ser más de lo mismo es curioso como en Witness le exigían que volviera a sus origenes y volviera a un sonido parecido a Prism. Ahora nos viene con un disco con sonidos que nada tiene que ver con witness y canciones personales y a la vez súper obsesivas y se la comen. Quizás el problema deQuizás el mejor disco de Katy.     This Katy's new album is so amazing, the lyrics and sounds have been worked and produced so well. It's one of the best albums of 2020 (the best shhhh). Never Really Over is pure pop, and the other songs have a unique essence. Listen to it now! :)

    I adore this album ! I think it's definently one of the best albums this year ! It has very positive vibes and great messages which is something we deeply need in what situation we're living in today ! It has no skips for me .

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
