No es bueno abusar del auto tone, su calidad vocal es impresionante, buen disco, pero no mas allá,alguna que otra canción les encantará ...

This album displays how much Camila has grown as an person and as an artist. Each song of the songs tells a conclusive story about love and makes you feel the emotions. Confusion, attraction, sadness, vulnerability, anger, and acceptance. There is not one skip on this albu.

For an album focusing on one singular topic (especially, when it’s in the title), this album spends 14 tracks not really saying much we didn’t already know, leading to a lot of album filler. The only thing that makes it remotely interesting is the very public romance between Camila and Shawn Mendes.

Easy and Dream Of You talk about how Shawn makes her feel loved and such, but aside from a pretty but not groundbreaking intro, the latter doesn’t say anything interesting in the slightest. Easy at least has some nice little personal tidbits thrown in, even if the “anything else” questions in the lyrics are grating.
Feel It Twice and Should’ve Said It seem to both talk about the fact that they both regret not making a move sooner, but having two songs saying this feels pretty redundant. Also Señorita is here. It’s fine, I guess

There are a couple highlights from the album:
Living Proof is a grandiose track likening Shawn to being a gift from god himself, and yes Camila WE KNOW. My Oh My feat. DaBaby is a surprisingly fun yet dark track about a guy who only wants the physical things from her and she knows it, but can’t resist. DaBaby also delivers a rap verse that I don’t despise, unlike Young Thug’s verse on Havana.
First man is a lovely song dedicated to her dad, promising him that he’s a good man, but that she will always love and appreciate him too.
The guitar and Camila’s sneering growls on Cry For Me, give it quite a bit of raw, desperate presence.

Overall, while none of the songs struck me as outright bad, far too many are just too uninteresting to go back to. Just stick to the couple of interesting ones and skip the rest of the album

Listen to: Cry For Me, Living Proof, My Oh My feat. DaBaby, First Man
Worst Songs: Feel It Twice, Dream Of You, Easy, Bad Kind Of Butterflies

Y aunque claramente las letras que contiene este álbum, con una gran capacidad lírica deja mucho que desear en cuanto a los sonidos, ya que utiliza varios samples que otras canciones más conocidas.

For me, this album is a hell of a journey. The lyrics fail miserably. What only saves is the production, but still sounding bad. Sorry

Has a few enjoyable songs (Cry for me, My oh my, Liar), but most of them are forgettable at best. Señorita should have been left out, but I understand why she would include it.

Camila’s second album is an enjoyable fatigue pop. Though I would like to raise the score to 5 if it’s turned off, it’s no exception to any other unworthy albums out there. To cure the disappointment.. Alexa, play the album Camila by Camila Cabello.

Some songs are nice enough but others drag on and feel bland beyond belief. Despite having so many singles already no one seems to care about this album other then her relatively moderately sized fan base. This might be because it’s impossible for camila to score a solo hit because she just isn’t incredible enough. If Señorita hadn’t proceeded this album and the publicity stunt that is “shawnmilla” or whatever this album would be a flop on levels that hadn’t been seen for a star that had previously had such a huge song (Havana). Señorita reeks of a one hit wonder doing everything they can to stay on, and it worked... but how long can it work? This album indicates that not much longer probably. Overall romance is a lackluster, boring and bland pop album that goes no where. And just proves what I’ve thought of Camila for such a long time, she’s a discount pop star. Expand

Álbum comum, baladas melosas e que não deixam o talento dela brilhar. Além de ser pedante e chato, você cansa até termina-lo e reza pra terminar o mais rápido possível. Daria um lindo EP pra ser lançado no dia dos namorados.

Shows no growth compared to the first album, this makes it a generic version. Exaggeration of Latin rhythms to try to hit a hit, plus exaggerated autotune

Ok, this album is disappointing. Her first album was average, but this one is terrible. In addition to having many samples, I identified at least four songs with samples, was placed very autotune. Some lyrics are too childish, in others she seems to want to get out of the "little girl" figure but ends up doing it as forced. Anyway, mediocre.

Um álbum de longe muito genérico, exagerado e de uma artista desesperada. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Despite songs as This Love, Easy and Shameless that were well written and produced (but Cabello's high, weak and breathy vocals kinda ruined it), this album it's just another pop album -but worse. I'm not even gonna say that it was a surprise because, honestly, my expectations for the cuban singer was already low. Expand

Cabello’s willingness to assist in [the music industry’s embrace of the “Latin” sound] caricature elsewhere distracts from the otherwise interesting Spanish-classical and Santana-esque riffs on Romance.

Throughout “Romance,” the pop machinery clicks cleverly and efficiently into place around Cabello’s voice. The productions tend to be sparse — spooky electronic sounds, an occasional acoustic or electric guitar, hefty but discreet drums — and even where the choruses ratchet up, Cabello’s voice often stays close and confiding.

Romance is a solid, sexually charged sophomore entry that places growth at center-stage and keeps us wanting more without going limp.
