    Selena trouxe uma pegada mexicana e alguns trechos em espanhol, como foi mostrado nas faixas ´´Me & My Girls`` e ´´Outta My Hands (Loco)`` por exemplo, o que foi importante para a construção cultural do álbum. Ela cresceu muito em relação aos seus antigos álbuns, inclusive em sua voz, que, de fato, nunca teve uma grande extensão e potência, mas se destacou em faixas como ´´Perfect`` eSelena trouxe uma pegada mexicana e alguns trechos em espanhol, como foi mostrado nas faixas ´´Me & My Girls`` e ´´Outta My Hands (Loco)`` por exemplo, o que foi importante para a construção cultural do álbum.     Selena Gomez era sempre a Teen com o álbum mais genérico e cheio de músicas apenas pra "hitar", observar a evolução dela neste álbum é incrível, músicas calmas, melodias perfeitas, só enjoa pra quem não sabe apreciar música de qualidade.

    Album excelente, tendoem vista que as posições das músicas deixam a desejar. Os pontos fortes das músicas são: Revival, Body heat e Camouflage. Quero dizer à todos os selenators a fazerem críticas relevantes e nnão fazer guerrinhas.

    This album is good but nothing that we've never heard! I think Selena finally find her tone and this album represents this!! My favorites are "Me & The Rhythm" and "Sober"!

    No soy fan de Selena Gomez pero debo admitir que Revival es un excelente disco, esperaba poco del disco y me sorprendió de la mejor manera. Un excelente punto de partida para empezar a hacer algo diferente y original, espero que su próximo disco sea un 10/10. Bastante agradable de escuchar!

    Mis favoritas son: Kill Em with Kindness, Camouflage, Rise, Me & My Girls y Cologne.

    Revival é um ótimo álbum, posso dizer que é o melhor da Selena. Ela realmente renasceu das cinzas e nos deu um trabalho quase impecável. Com uma voz deslumbrante e ritmo suave, o material surpreende até a quem não gosta de trabalho teen.

    Pontos altos: Me & My Rhythm, Revival, Sober
    Pontos baixos: Hands To Myself, Loco, Survivors

    Um avanço em qualidade musical incrível. As letras são boas e a produção de bom gosto. Selena colocou dois singles no top 10, vamos ver se ela consegue manter esse nível de sucesso nos próximos :3

    It appears that Selena has found her voice with this album. Fun and sultry tracks throughout the entire album. There were a couple of misses in my opinion within the album, but also some great gems in Camouflage, Revival, and Kill Em With Kindness.

    This album has a similar but much stronger effect. This is a totally new Selena, with totally new sounds & lyrics.
    Not only has she executive produced it, she has also been listed in the composition of 11 songs which in my opinion has contributed to the difference the listeners feel in this album.    Selena's albums all felt the same, except A Year Without Rain - that kinda felt different.
    This album has a similar but much stronger effect. This is a totally new Selena, with totally new sounds & lyrics.
    Not only has she executive produced it, she has also been listed in the composition of 11 songs which in my opinion has contributed to the difference the listeners feel in this album.
    The album, in my opinion, is divided into: empowerment songs, love-linked songs, and songs that should not be there.
    Empowerment songs of Revival: 1. Revival (self-empowerment) // 2. Kill Em With Kindness (self-empowerment & dealing with the world full of negativity) // 8. Me & The Rhythm (empowering you to lose yourself to the music/the rhythm) // 11. Rise // 12. Me & My Girls (themes of female power).
    Love-linked songs: 3. Hands to Myself // 4. Same Old Love // 5. Sober // 6. Good For You // 7. Camouflage // 13. Nobody // 14. Perfect // 15. Cologne
    Songs that should not be there: 9. Survivors & 10. Body Heat. These songs feel like they've been written in 10 seconds, they feel like a total waste of Selena's skills and a lack of representation of her abilities.    … Expand

    Selena realmente renasceu com o Revival. A cantora evoluiu tanto liricamente como vocalmente com a era, além de ter conseguido fazer músicas em sua maioria boas ou ótimas, com exceção de duas ou três ruins. "Revival" e "Me & The Rhythm" são as rainhas.

    An excellent album. "Revival" brings out the hidden thing out of Selena Gomez. The album opens with impressive title track and maintains the consistency throughout the album. The first 6 tracks are really wonderful. With the 7th track she gives us a piano assisted gem. Also, Selena's vocals, production, theme of the songs is worth praise.     A great pop album with plenty of amazing songs that you will want to listen to for months. It is a MASSIVE improvement over its predecessor Stars Dance and clearly shows why Selena Gomez is deserving of being at the top of the music industry despite not having the best vocals. Favourites include Good For You, Hands To Myself, Nobody, Sober and Survivors.

    Her best album. She grown up a lot since Stars Dance. This album has many great pop songs like Same Old Love or Hands To Myself but also has many personal songs like Perfect.

While her voice may lack the quality of some other great singers, she was capable of putting a really good work together, which is not only 100 % Selena Gomez but even more current and enjoyable.     Álbum, muito bom, gostoso de ouvir, letras interessantes, algumas musicas chatas com batidinhas fracas, porém a obra como um todo é muito boa. Também vale destacar os vocais bem colocadas da Selena, onde a mesma entende um pouco melhor sobre sua voz .

    This album features a strong, adult Selena experiencing for the first time in her music career the creative control of her work. Evolution goes through each song and never loses its tone at any time.

    Melhor álbum da carreira sem sombra de dúvidas. Bastante amadurecimento lírico e vocal. As melhores faixas são "Rise", "Sober", "Cologne", "Camouflage", "Perfect", "Nobody" e "Revival".

    Sempre gostei da Selena, curto os álbuns dela, mas esse realmente me surpreendeu, não esperava por isso, acho que ela está no lugar certo agora. Melhor álbum dela até agora!!!

    Revival is overall a good album. I didn't really love it's lead single. It was boring and slow had no real kick to it, but then I got the album and I generally liked it's slowness. It really is nothing that Sel has ever done. Yes it has it's flaws, the tracklist seems like it just thrown together and had no real thought. But "Kill Em With Kindness", "Rise" and "Sober" were great.

    Selena's definitely improving a lot! Revival's a great album and it's a lot more mature than her other albums. Revival, Sober, Good For You, Me & The Rhythm, Perfect, and Cologne are some album highlights. There is a bit too much filler, though, and they're not great. But overall, it's a solid album.

    Best Selena Gomez album, although most songs are monotone. The best track is Nobody and the worst is Me & my girls. I was expecting less from her. Am I the only one that hears Charli XCX on Same old Love?

Enquanto Stars Dance foca na produção eletrônica pesada e cheia de batidas genéricas, “Revival”“Revival”, o segundo álbum solo da cantora e atriz americana Selena Gomez é uma mistura de canções que pulam dos anos 60 aos 80 até os dias de hoje. Você pode perceber na primeira faixa – a mesma que dá nome ao disco – que a vibe desse álbum é diferente de seu antecessor, “Stars Dance”, de 2013.     Liricamente, com toda a certeza, esse é o trabalho mais maduro de Selena, mesmo existindo algumas letras não-tão-boas, também existem letras profundas como a de “Camouflage” (“Você era meu ontem / Agora eu não tenho nem ideia de quem você é / É como se você estivesse camuflado”) até as mais divertidas como a de “Body Heat”.

    “Sober” tem influências dos anos 80, principalmente nos sintetizadores do refrão, a canção nos faz lembrar do incrível “E-MO-TION” de Carly Rae Jepsen, também lançado esse ano. “Same Old Love”, escrita por Charli XCX, tem a letra mais crua do álbum, talvez por parecer tanto que Selena canta para seu ex-namorado Justin Bieber: “Eu já estou cheia desse mesmo velho amor, essa merda acaba comigo / Eu já estou cheia desse mesmo velho amor, meu corpo não aguenta mais”

    “Revival” termina com “Rise” uma canção que mostra que você sempre pode dar a volta por cima, não importa a situação em que você esteja, você sempre poderá se levantar.

    O melhor projeto de Selena até agora, “Revival” é encantador, honesto e divertido. Mesmo com seus altos e baixos, vale a pena, e mostra que uma pessoa pode sim amadurecer musicalmente.    … Expand

    There’s enough growth here to accept the occasional stumble. Revival, like ‘Good For You’, is a damn fine, hook-laden surprise. Selena Gomez has found a voice worth paying serious attention to.
