    the album is pretty good but you can practically hear the autotune in her voice and her vocals just aren't strong at all. still love her but, compared to demi lovato's new album, this isn't good

    Infelizmente, o tão aguardado álbum da Selena foi uma total decepção para mim. Além de Good For You e Same Old Love, não consegui gostar 100% de nenhuma outra música. Algumas se destacam, mas pecam por serem repetitivas/enjoativas e sem um ponto forte, como Kiss Em With Kindness e Me & The Rhythm. No final, os maiores destaques acabam por ser versos ou instrumentais.

    Selena went Urban but bring nothing to it. The album has 16 songs and I just liked 5. Listend to it at least 6 times thinking I could change my opinion, but It didn't happen. I can see her vocal maturing, her lyrics maturing, but I can't see what she came for.

    É impossivel não ver a evoluçaõ de Selena, mas ao mesmo tempo vemos o quanto ela continua generica. Há músicas boas, mas não são grandes hinos pop, apenas canções para charts, o que faz do álbum só mais um para vender, músicas como Sober, Hands to Myself, Same Old Love, Kill Em with Kindness e Me & the Rhythm, são a grande prova disso, refrões grudentos e vazios, batidas comuns, por outroÉ impossivel não ver a evoluçaõ de Selena, mas ao mesmo tempo vemos o quanto ela continua generica. Há músicas boas, mas não são grandes hinos pop, apenas canções para charts, o que faz do álbum só mais um para vender, músicas como Sober, Hands to Myself, Same Old Love, Kill Em with Kindness e Me & the Rhythm, são a grande prova disso, refrões grudentos e vazios, batidas comuns, por outro lado podemos destacar Revival, Good For You, Camouflage (que apesar dela se esforçar para parecer uma grande vocalista, não convence), Survivors, Rise e Body Heat, são boas canções pop e uma pequena saida de sua zona de conforto.     Revival transmite bem as emoções, mas é um álbum cheio de deprês, que não mudam a linha. Apenas umas 4 músicas são mais agitadas, e essas sim colam. Apesar de ser o MELHOR ÁLBUM DELA, ainda tem tanto para evoluir.

    Apenas nao gostei,ela amadureceu? Sim .. Mas não é o suficiente para mim, esse album tem muitas musicas repetitivas e algumas pouco produzidas vocalmente.. Só não dei 0 pq ela ta menos pior

    Her music is so down trying to be too unconventional. Well, this album has some quality on it. "Good for you" is a song that I enjoy, scratch that, I only like the version without the rap, that part really doesn't fit. So "Same Old Love" is definitely a nice song, they say is a torch song. "Hands to myself", no shame, that song is embarrassing. She whispers and succeeds more than artistsHer music is so down trying to be too unconventional. Well, this album has some quality on it. So the album starts and "Revival" and "Kill em with kindness" are so repetitive and bland, weak. And so are some other songs later on. "Sober" is good but the background sound isn't. And there are displays of decent singing on other songs but if she would spend the whole album in that tone, it could probably won't be good. But even if she is not a great singer, she might make you listen to the whole album or most of it, so give it a try but I don't think you would like to replay it much. Which I think people tried because the amount of reviews and ratings are too elevated while the sales weren't proportional, compared to other albums.… Expand

    With all the hype surroudning album, l was ready to be blown away. In stead only one track stood out, Sober. and only 3 others I would recommend. The production is amazing the lyrics, singing and composition is misguided. With 38 writers and producers with 2 years prep time, I expect more than 4/15 good songs.

This album is one of the worse pop releases this year, with underwhelming beats, lots of auto-tune and it is overall badly put together. Now I am by no means an music expert, but I like to think that i can tell good from bad, and it is quite clear that this is leaning towards the later. I have never had any opinionIt is quite obvious there are a lot of "blind fans" in the review section. It has a little bit of an edge over 'Stars Dance' and a massive one over 'For You'. It shows a side of Selena that nobody has ever seen, she shows a less childish side and more of a mature adult side. Hands To Myself is one of those songs that has the ability to make you feel sexy and the same goes for Good For You. I also like the use of steel pans in Me & The Rhythm. My personal favourite from the album is 'Rise' because it personally empowers me and boosts my confidence as a whole. In fact this is her best album to date.… Expand

    This album is really ugly . ademas de abusar de co-escritores , ritmos sin coherencia..este album no tiene nada de renovado solo nuevo autotune y mas puterio.

    When you think that Selena could not do a worse job at Stars Dance comes Revival, there are only two songs that are saved, the cover is wonderful, Selena had to take but this was where would be his reborn after both his professional and personal life , but real songs with deep lyrics, is the same pop he has done from Disney.

    Sober and Hands to Myself daha çok hoşuma gitti ama diğerleri pek bana göre değil diyeyim. Yine de Selena'dan beklediğim kadar veya onun söylediklerine baktığım kadar bir albüm göremedim. Umarım beklediği tepkiyi alır.

    Album comum, não teve inovação alguma, muitos efeitos usados para melhorar a voz que descaracterizou a artista, esperava mais, letras simplistas e clichês, esperava mais.

    This album is nothing more than an amalgamation of everything that makes success in the world, on top of a terrible vocals and also production. Selena should quit to try something in music, and devote himself to something she does well. Be ex-girlfriend of the pop star of the moment.

    I am not really feeling this album. I think it is time for her to stop singing/talking about her ex. I only liked 1 song on it. The rest is very boring.

    The album has a few good songs but most of them are repetitive and generic. Her voice sounds different in almost every song and is very auto-tuned. I know for a fact that most of those 'high notes' are auto-tuned because she can not hit any of those live. This album is very boring and lacks any sort of talent at all.

    The vocal it was very well worked on this CD , but the songs are quite boring, production does not stand out .She came from a CD with great POP songs like Slow Down undercover Save the day so Revival was very disappointing TO Me

    This can hardly be called music. Half of it is generic pop, the other- silent whispers with lame beat to cover up for lack of vocal abilities. Overall this is just one more ex-act trying to prove that she's all grown up and not a little girl anymore.

    tried listening to this album after a few years since it was released, but i pretty much didn’t enjoy any of the tracks. Very generic and cheesy, no outstanding vocal range and i believe it could’ve been way better if her team sought a bit of professionalism and originality.

    I gave a try to this album, but it's doing nothing for me. Generic and boring. I really don't know why Ms. Gomez is still trying to be a singer when obviously she is NOT. WORST ALBUM OF THE YEAR.

    There’s enough growth here to accept the occasional stumble. Revival, like ‘Good For You’, is a damn fine, hook-laden surprise. Selena Gomez has found a voice worth paying serious attention to.
