    After 5 years I know to have a regret, GOD!
    This is s a very good album, filtration with bad promotion and ageism was the conflict, but I have good rhythms, not a good coherence after all, but good vibes for 2015.

    It's definitively better than MDNA, but still it got too much auto-tune, especially on "Auto--Tune Baby" (the only song from this album that I don't like...).

    Um grande álbum de Madonna, se não fosse pelas produções apressadas devido aos vazamentos esse, com certeza, seria um dos grandes discos da Rainha do Pop.

    I think Rebel Heart is Madonnas most underrated album. It’s way more better than MDNA. It still progresses the typical EDM Sound of the MDNA album but it’s way more perfected. Not every track is done perfectly but there are many good songs that catch you right away

    Esse álbum divide o posto de o melhor dela junto com o Hard Candy, que são mesclados entre o dance e o pop tradicional, não são tediosos. Rebel Heart venho pra esquecermos do álbum anterior horrível MDNA.

    Rebel Heart is a perfect title for this album. On the one hand there's the "heart," the Madonna that sings about love, relationships, and self-reflection, while on the other hand there's the "rebel," the Madonna that sings about drugs, partying, and sex. It's a weird mix, because there are moments when she pulls off both sides like the Queen of Pop we know her to be, but when she fails sheRebel Heart is a perfect title for this album. On the one hand there's the "heart," the Madonna that sings about love, relationships, and self-reflection, while on the other hand there's the "rebel," the Madonna that sings about drugs, partying, and sex. It's a weird mix, because there are moments when she pulls off both sides like the Queen of Pop we know her to be, but when she fails she sounds either narcissistic or shamelessly immature.

    Musically, this album is far more interesting than anything on MDNA. She definitely made a good decision with producers this time around. That being said, WTF is she thinking making such a long album? 23 songs on the Super Deluxe Edition, are you kidding me?? Maybe she's just being generous, but I would probably give this album a 9 or a 10 if she whittled it down to the best 12 or so and stuck with that. I'll admit, most of the songs are at least tolerable, but at this stage of her career Madonna should realize that there's a bunch of music out there that's at least tolerable. If she wants to stay relevant, she should really be pickier about what she's putting out there.    … Expand

    Rebel Heart sounds immediately like a deeper, more controlled and slightly more personal expression of the artist's emotions and religious obsessions.

Seriously, it seems like the first half was written by Kiesza and the second half by Taylor Swift, so if the album starts with minimal-electro based ballads and pop tracks, then it gets lost in an endless crop circle made of almost tasteless countryish songs.
    It's pretty obvious 'Living For Love' was chosen as the lead single, since it's the only track which has a 100% efficient pop flavor, with its musical composition and dance spirit similar to other female hits like 'Break Free' or 'Applause'. Without 'Living For Loveì and others excellent songs like 'Ghosttown', 'Devil Pray' and 'Aviciicted' (ops! I mean 'Addicted') Rebel Heart would've been a mediocre album, which still doesn't take any particular risk (except for the literally whining bonus track 'Autotune Baby') and we know Madonna loves taking risks so I don't know if maybe some crazy fans could be disappointed about that.
    Featured artists? USELESS.

    Buy Rebel Heart if you enjoy warm music (Ghosttown is really beautiful) but if you were expecting a hot club album, don't buy it! It's not like MDNA!    … Expand

    Im soo happy that Madonna giving us music after 30 years. Love every song from this album, devil pray, unapologetic **** holy water and ghosttown are my favorite, addicted should have been in deluxe too

    Rebel Heart is like an all-you-can-eat buffet. Nothing on it seems especially carefully prepared, you're probably not going to like everything on it, and even if you do you probably won't want to consume everything in one sitting. Still, you can come back to it again and again and enjoy it every time.

    I think this was overall a nice follow-up to MDNA. This album doesn't have as many dance songs as MDNA did, and its lyrics vary from song to song. MDNA was more of a concept album than this was, but this was still overall a solid effort from Madonna. Highlights: "Devil Pray", "Illuminati", "Iconic". Worst song: "Body Shop"

    Very good album. It has deep lyrics, bops and it's diverse. Only point to make is that some demos were way better than the final cuts.

    In general the record was a good effort from Madonna. But the leaking may have made her rework most of the songs, which were better on the demo versions.
    Listening to most of the tracks as a demo made me very excited for the finished material, which once released, was a big turn-down. Almost every track was better as an unfinished work.

La letra deja mucho que desear pero igual es muy buena. Muestra el lado más atrevido de Madonna, pero de una manera que es respetable. Living for Love me gusta tanto, D3v1l's pray o Holy water a pesar que trata de fl4sf3m!4, no negaré que el ritmo y todo está muy bueno. HeartBreak City es muy melancólica pero al mismo te hace bailar. Joan of Arc y Rebel Heart es muy tranquilo y el sonido de guitarra me gusta. No juega tanto con su voz, pero la mantiene correcta, los sonidos son muy buenos y se escucha que Madonna dio lo mejor de ella. De igual manera, este álbum trata de dar a pensar que ella seguirá siendo joven (aunque sea de alma), comportándose como una joven atrevida pero nada tonta, como podemos ver en B***t, I'm Madonna.… Expand

Afterall, making an album better than those 2 isn't too big a task for her seeing as they were so sub-standard to begin with. Some songs on this album really impressed me and others really annoyed me... there is hardly any in-between. I will give this nothing more than a 7.5 but metacritic won't let me so I'll settle for a 7. It would have been a big 8 if not for those 3 terrible songs I mentioned.

    So no, not particularly an amazing album, primarily due to the lyrics, regularly ridiculous "yeah we can do drugs and we can smoke weed and we can drink whiskey". Altogether though, Iconic and Joan of Arc better the album from MDNA at least.

    This album as half good and half not.

    Good songs: "Living for Love," "Devil Pray," "Ghosttown," "Joan of Arc," "Wash All Over Me," "Messiah," and "Rebel Heart."

    "Joan of Arc" and "Rebel Heart" are two of my favorite Madonna tracks.

    The rest is major MEHHHHH.

    Es un buen album. A medias. Se queda corto en cuanto a propuestas y abusa de los ritmos genéricos. Le falta alma, en ese sentido, pero tiene ritmos que se pueden disfrutar sin problemas.

    I'm not entirely sure why Madonna's latest concept album again has little to no concept. In "Rebel Heart" we see a mash-up of MDNA, Hard Candy and a string of her hits from the 80s. Despite some great producing, there is little to no originality, and far less interest.

This woman is completely lost and she even says "but I'm in the dark" on 'Joan of Arc.'     "Heart" sounds like a step ahead in a right direction for Madonna, but the singer seems to be lost between her desire to get back on the scene trying to work with trendy produced and the lyrical side of her nature. Overall it really sounds overproduced, you can clearly see some great-written songs hidden behind dance-club noises

    Rebel Heart comes as a disappointment as someone who has adored specific eras from Madonna. Bafflingly it sounds almost unrecognizable to the Madonna of my most beloved eras. Understandably she was going for a new sound, but took some of the worst music trends of the 2010s and made some truly jarring with this record. The album feels clunky and misshapen in several parts. Some of theRebel Heart comes as a disappointment as someone who has adored specific eras from Madonna. Bafflingly it sounds almost unrecognizable to the Madonna of my most beloved eras. Understandably she was going for a new sound, but took some of the worst music trends of the 2010s and made some truly jarring with this record. The album feels clunky and misshapen in several parts. Some of the tracks are retrospective of her career and decisions she made earlier on. These were my favourite tracks as they feel heartfelt. Other tracks seem to be overtly sexual or loud and self-aggrandizing. Although Madonna has always been known for and has built an image as a sexual provocateur, these tracks sound cheap and overwrought. This album lacked polish and it does not measure up to her earlier work for me.… Expand

    Never have I been this bored by the Queen of Reinvention. I don't know how it happened (too much Diplo and not enough Avicii maybe ??) but RH sounds even less Madonna than its much loathed predecessor MDNA.
    There is no "iconic" moment (pun intended), no breakout song, no showstopper. GHOSTTOWN and JOAN OF ARC are the only above-average material, and the rest, this huge pile of songs-about-everything, is ok at best.
    MDNA, in all of its mediocrity, still had five/six fantastic songs, and an uplifting, happy air of abandon, as in "Join the party".
    REBEL HEART's main themes seem to be mostly about heartbreaks, lost love, and human vulnerability.

    Total souless album. Her voice here is weird and the songs are weak. Nothing like the queen use to do. Terrible and forgettable work. I would save from this ghosttown, rebel heart and **** I’m madonna. The rest is a bunch of crap music.

    That's a poor album! This album this along with MDNA as one of the worst of his career. Lotus by Christina Aguilera is definitely better than that. I'm really praying for her career.

    Rebel Heart sounds messi. It's interesting how Dipplo could make this poor work. **** I'm Madonna is gross, it feels reductive. Probably one of the worst songs ever produced. Althought you can find great tracks as "Living for love" these are very unusual to find.

    This was a very sad album for Madonna. My jaw dropped when I listen to the first song. I was like
    "Man THIS is Madonna???" It had absolutely, NO Soul to it and musically was just a jumble of synths. From there it remained the same...The same, soulless feel to the whole thing that, I couldn't even listen after the third song. It was just TOO tragic!

    I'm a fan of Madonna's earlier work but this one just doesn't do it for me. Instead of once being the trendsetter she once was, she's following what younger generations are doing and it's not fitting her. She should put more thought and focus into her music instead of relying on shock value.

    Ghostown was what brought me to search out madona again, what I found was one bad album. I love her music, but her latest attempt was awfull, love ghostown though, it has some presence of sound in the first part that the album misses;

RH is that bad and it elicits more sympathy than reverence.     The songs themselves are laborious to listen to. When they are good they make you wish a younger voice was performing them. When they are bad you wish she would have had the strength to admit it. This album has the feel of a hostage situation with producers tied to chairs being forced to crank out "newish" sounding material or else! Maybe it was out of pity or respect for such a grand icon that these poor guys trudged ahead-who knows. In the end you see and hear the fading starlet doing her best Norma Desmond. She is ready for her close up but really she needs to let the camera fade back leaving whatever dignity she can salvage intact so that she can finally take a long overdue bow and realize that its not her place to party with the young people in a skirt that's way to short and tacky and only brings to mind our grandmother trying to relate to the children who are too loving and polite to take her back to her place before she does something else to cement the fact that for the remainder of her career she can do nothing more than make an utter fool of herself.

    Grace Slick said it best when she stated that 'no one wanted to see her try to get up on stage at this point'. She is happy with her legacy as rock royalty and is satisfied and doesn't feel the need to recreate past glories. Madonna really should take a page from that book and allow herself a graceful exit and the satisfaction of knowing that she will forever be a legend and that it is enough to have "came, saw and conquered",    … Expand

    A very forgettable album at best, no tracks worthy of continued interest. Too many songs for a listener to even be bothered. Sorry Madonna. You aren't what you used to be.

    If you want to buy an album because 2 songs are good then this is the album for you. The EDM vs Hip hop feel is there in three songs in which the beat switches from EDM to Hip hop a couple of times within each song. Also L4L sounds like she just built a new song on the same Chord Progression as Girl Gone Wild. Girl Gone Wild was not a hit why did she feel a remix to that song would be aIf you want to buy an album because 2 songs are good then this is the album for you.     The neighbor's pissed and says he's gonna call the Five-O
    If they show up then we are gonna give a good show)

    on that song, you can tell she is just trying to hard. Is Five-O still a thing?

    or on Devil Pray where she sings:

    (And we can do drugs and we can smoke weed and we can drink whiskey
    Yeah, we can get high and we can get stoned
    And we can sniff glue and we can do E and we can drop acid
    Forever be lost with no way home)

    is just mehhh... The song has a good beat. Better lyrics would have been nice. I still feel she is recycling music with this one too. Sounds too much like Don't Tell Me which had an amazing beat with great lyrics. This is a bad remix.

    I could continue with each song on Rebel Heart, but you get my point. It's a great remix album for hardcore Madonna fans, but there is nothing new here. Save your money.    … Expand

    Madonna is now a try hard. She was better when she actually made trends happen and not someone who follows trends. If only she would make work that was similar back in the 80s and 90s or Confessions.
