    8. Run & hide - perfect after thought i knew you. However this is too pink printy for me... kind of like i lied and i just dont like the flashback im getting from it. I probably wont be listening to this song unfortunately. However its short and i get why she put it there - 6/10

    On this album Nicki Minaj proves that she is not scared of testing new sounds, she doesn’t necessarily look to what’s hot or not right now. Even thought there are tracks like rich sex or sir, where we can listen to a more modern yet average trap sound, she goes out of her comfort zone. There are fun tracks like Barbie Dreams where we really can enjoy the clever lyrical content Nicki has.On this album Nicki Minaj proves that she is not scared of testing new sounds, she doesn’t necessarily look to what’s hot or not right now. All the people that stated that she doesn't write her own **** (wrong), that she has only one flow (wrong), that she isn't hip-hop (wrong), etc. I wish I could go into more detail on the songs, but there's not enough space. Basically, I think this is such a great album. I think there's something for everyone. It pays a lot of tribute to classic hip-hop (examples: Biggie, 50 Cent, Lauryn Hill, Mobb Deep, etc.) It has a bunch of new and interesting sounds. The production is amazing and everything on this album. The cover art is beautiful. Any problems with this album are honestly with some of the features. Because, Nicki sounds great. I've seen a lot of people who aren't even fans of Nicki listen to this album and love this album. Nicki worked hard on this, and you can tell, because it sounds great. I like all th songs, but the songs I would totally recommend are Ganja Burns, Majesty, Barbie Dreams, Rich Sex, Hard White, Chun-Li, LLC, Good Form, and Coco Chanel.… Expand

    When I saw the title Queen I was nervous to listen to this album. The title itself is a statement. An album that has 19 song you would think that it's too long or not interesting enough to listen to the full album, but Nicki made sure to layer this album in a way that each song has a different vibe on it's own.     The Album was amazing. She showed again why she is the reigning queen of rap. Theres a track for every mood you’re in. It’s not as Cohesive as it should be but she delivered punchlines, spit harder than 90% of rappers today, gave the listeners different vibes, and even sang for some tracks in which she showed her abilityes to use her vocals to her advantage. The Barbie Dreams joint is crazy.

    The most anticipated premiere of the year. It's so interesting to read Haight from cardy fans who are trying to understate the scores. A lot of very cool tracks that you want to dance. As many legends on the album, from Eminem, to Fox. I bet 10 out of 10 because I deserve it. And Yes, rate the music not because of fanaticism, but because of their tastes. Stop making a paid war for the label.

    Due to the high expectation of the GP and her fans, she made her own Radio show called “Queen Radio” on Beats 1. She played her 4th album right here in the morning at the same moment of the release of Queen. The “Queen Radio” breaks the Beats 1 record for being the most listened show.

    Queen shows the perfect versatility of Nicki Minaj. As her words in the Queen Radio, we can really hear the combination of each greatest side of her past albums. Indeed, her 4th album shows her power, her vulnerability, and her lyricism during the listening. Her pen is definitely unmatched.

    The tracklist choices make the Nicki Minaj’s last album a perfect one. Travelling into different type of feelings, Queen has his place on the best rap album's list in this century.

    This album is solid. I love how she proves her self as queen through her dynamic flows, witty verses, metaphors, personality, wordplay, and versatility. Although, personally I would have liked to see her capitalize on her album Title with the selected songs (excluding majesty). She out rapped every previous album, at the end of barbie dreams the emergence of roman definitely got me way tooThis album is solid.     This is one of Nicki's best album to date. She realizes that the music industry wants her gone, and proven that she can not be replaced by some medicore rapper that cannot write her lyrics. My favorities tracks were Good form, Hard White, Majesty, Babrie dreams, Chun Swae, Maimii, LLC, and Chun Li.

After nearly 4 years Minaj is back with a powerhouse of an album, 19 tracks full of pure bars, sick flows, fantastic production, and lyrical vocals. The intro Ganja Burn sets the stage for the album with Minaj stating that she is continually perfecting her craft and every rhyme she spits is her own and no amount of hate can take her down, she will reign supreme. The album has tracks for everyone. You want hard songs with raw verses, check out Hard White. You need something lowkey and easy, Run & Hide. Get up and dance, Good Form. Cry your eyes out, Come See About Me. It is clear why her fans and many other critics have collectively called Queen her best work so far. Every track shows Minaj's dedication, expertise, and taste and it is clear all her effort was put into her grand return.… Expand

    On Queen, Nicki spends a lot of time ordering beheadings--which are fun, but get old quick--rather than showing us why she is and should be queen. Here's to hoping the next album gives us a more earnest, more raw glimpse of the head that wears the crown.

    When Minaj leans into her untouchable strengths as a rapper, things get really exciting and an album of tracks as strong as "LLC" or "Barbie Dreams" would be one for the books. As it stands, however, Queen is another chapter of Minaj's good but largely meandering and inconsistent full-length album output.
