Jan 4, 2021This was an absolute treat to listen to - he is a master wordsmith -- and the control he has over his flow is insane. He can go from silky smooth to jarring in the same song. There were such strong performances and it's one of those albums that you get something out of every time you listen.
And Ja Rule catching strays -- pushed it over the top for me! -
Jan 8, 2021Absolute masterpiece yet again. One of the highest replay valued albums he's put out in my opinion.
-
Jan 9, 2021One of the best eminem albums since the 2000, maybe the best ever. His flow and lyrics re on spot, and the beats are finally appealing
-
Feb 4, 2021I really love it ,side b is fantastic, it matches recovery imo, i don't want to slander revival but i can't relate to revival ,i love Eminem and hope he can put an album as high as The Marshall Mathers LP, Sometimes my expectation so high , not only Eminem himself, but the fans do ,and who TF listen to critics

Mar 24, 2021Goated Album, Goated Songs, Goated Rapper.
Eminem never fails to not disappoint us. -
Mar 13, 2021This is one of my favorites from Eminem. The beats are phenomenal and the lyrics are classic modern Eminem. All around wonderful album.
-
Mar 14, 2021Amazing album that proves eminem is still at the top of his game lyrically and production wise.
-
Jun 16, 2021The 2 discs form as a whole the best eminem work from the past 15 years
The new side is better than Side A. Really enjoyed Alfreds theme, really ads to this whole Hitchcock suspense themed album. There is also another Shadys display of pure lyrical talent with tracks like tone deaf and book of rhymes. And once again, amazing production -
Nov 27, 2021There’s nothing much to say. Eminem is at the top of his game 20 years later. Banger after Banger, This album is a masterpiece. It’s a very fun first listen. Replay value is huge. One of his best deluxe albums.
-
Mar 7, 2022it was a pretty good album from Eminem cause he has some good bars and some good songs
-
Mar 24, 2022These 2 albums are one of the best of Em’s and it shows how much he has grown technically and lyrically over the years. There is no match when it comes to skill.

Jun 4, 2022All killer (pun unintended), no filler. I especially like Zeus, Book of Rhymes, Gnat and Killer.
-
Nov 23, 2022the goat still great at what he does best: rapping. almost flawless album. if these are the premises, i wanna hear more and more.
-
Nov 25, 2022Perfect. Nothing more to add. 50 years old and still the GOAT..............
-
Nov 29, 2022perfect. absolutely perfect. the goat in my book. no other answers possible.
-
Jun 9, 2023"Sorry" but this is a 10/10 . Eminem has gotten even better and is so good he makes it seem easy.
-
Dec 23, 2020Yeah good album, we fans need to Keep critiquing bad reviews like rolling stone, cant even give the guy a shout out for 11 years sobriety. Yeah ok the Shady Brand makes a few swipes but thats us conditioned folks out there wanting more and he knows it keeps his fans satisfied. If only you critics could write reviews for fans instead of haters the user score might actually match the reviews score

Dec 23, 2020I didn't think this is going to come out, and it almost killed me when it jumped out off my Spotify player.
I think it's maybe his best effort since MMLP2.
Too bad it's projected to debut as No.3, i guess they did not take the best decision to launch it in December. -
Dec 19, 2020Really consistent, insane wordplay, really good & diverse production. Good use of features. Just a fun album to listen to. I liked Side A but side B is def better
-
Dec 18, 2021Quality bars and great beats. Have this on-repeat. My favorites are Alfred's Theme, Gnat, Killer, Tone Deaf, These Demons, and Book of Rhymes. Love the concept as well.
-
Dec 19, 2020Good thing: Eminem is trying to blend in with different beats and finally being chill on an album (almost). It just feels like Eminem was pissed off, now he is calming down, and there's a hope that we are going to see him in his happy place back again
-
Dec 18, 2020So still Side A have higher highs but having skips like ''In too deep, Farewell, Stepdad''. Side B is more consistent and have one skip ''She Loves Me'' so I love the production in both side. Beat transitions are gold. And some of corny lines but he's doing on purpose I love some of them. So let's check the ratings.
Side A: 8.5/10
Side B: 8.5-9/10
Overall: Strong 9/10 -
Dec 18, 2020Good addition to the brilliant first part and bridge between kamikaze and mtbmb pt.1
-
Dec 20, 2020New sound, new flows and new era for the king of rap. Anyone who listens closely will know that this album is an upgrade from the previous one. Showing that the artist takes a good notice of what people say.
-
Dec 18, 2020It is just amazing that Eminem is dropping albums even he’s 48 years old....
-
Dec 19, 2020Good album to end the bad year, little different the side A, but same theme
-
Dec 20, 2020Way better than his last three albums combined. The beats are fresh, Marshall is hungry and his victims are without a chance to get out unharmed from this lyrical massacre.
-
Dec 19, 2020Everything is amazing, from the lyrics and wordplay to the horror themed production, and it flows so well. Best thing Em has done in ages.
-
Dec 20, 2020I guess people are just going to get on the hate train and just refuse to get down, whatever are you going to through at them. Side B is actually as good as Side A, if not better.
Awards & Rankings
-
Dec 31, 2020Side B is a 16-track expansion that delivers familiar territory with some pops of Em at his sharpest.
-
Dec 28, 2020Side B is not a total miss though, nor even a miss at all. Once Mathers stumbles through this opening salvo and the awkward bits of “Tone Deaf”, the album settles into a comfortable space, and even becomes enjoyable.
-
Dec 21, 2020Over the three-song run of "Alfred's Theme" (which jacks Charles Gounod's "Funeral March of a Marionette," best known as the theme music to Alfred Hitchcock Presents, to delirious effect), "Tone Deaf," and "Book of Rhymes" (which climaxes with a flurry of DJ Premier scratches), Slim Shady stuffs more rewind-worthy punchlines and flow variations than most rappers will deliver in a whole career. ... Other attempts feel more forced. ... More compelling are the two tracks produced by D.A. Got That Dope.
