    Playing like sketches, but by no means undercooked, Future experiments with flows and voices, gets incredibly wordy at times and leaves no space for guest verses.

    The release pauses for a moment of solemn reflection with the extremely vulnerable "LOST MY DOG." "SURFING A TSUNAMI" also deserves mention for its flood of ambient synths which elevate the drama. Otherwise, the release largely sounds like what fans would expect from Future.

    The Atlanta rapper is just too slick, too fast-moving, and too good to truly bring down. ‘Mixtape Pluto’ offers ample evidence to his continuing singular form of genius.
