This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This album is so diverse and unique! The title track, ON feels so new to me. I love the background music so much. And the bridge! The bridge is actually not easy to pull off. And then filter...i dont have any words to describe how much i love this song. It sound sexy(?) and the singer voice really compliment the song. I dont think any artist can pull off this song like the original singer. We are bulletproof: the eternal is different from my expectation. But it's better than what I expect. I thought it gonna be a hiphop track with an angry lyrics but no.tts a total opppsite. Amd the lyrics can make people cry Expand

Something full of emotion that still gets its message across, even when the chords are lighter or even when the voices roar in anger. It is refreshing for the industry and simply warms the heart of those who were already tired of generic things going out one after the other. Expand

As a whole, the strong but not particularly unruly “7” is less sure-footed than “Love Yourself: Tear,” the group’s last full-length, from 2018, and the first K-pop album to debut atop the Billboard album chart.

Taut and primal, “MOTS: 7” is a kind of self-referential homage. ... Each get solo turns to shine here, their collective work is what stands out.

Persona lacked the natural fluidity and chicness of their best music. Those problems aren’t exactly mitigated here, since most of those songs appear on this album too, but within this new context, they feel like a flashback before the saga continues. Many of the new songs are better about balancing Easter eggs for day-ones with new entry points for more casual listeners.
