    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. 80/100. God I was really interested by the concept at first because it's Lana trying to change and be more positive! I was interested to hear how she's trying to overcome her negativity and all. The first half was good and I was hooked until Coachella tbh. When Coachella and the rest of songs about unity start, I lost interest in the album. I know that it's good because she's really speaking about something that matters, but as I said earlier I was expecting about how she's trying to gain her lust for life again. But then the last 2 songs (Change and Get Free) really touched my heart. The lyrics show the mature side of her and her really trying to face the reality. A really good album conclusion and closer.… Expand

    It is totally Lana's most accessible album. A great mix of Pop and R&B with elements of 70's Folk Rock, with Del Rey in his best vocal and lyrical performance. "Lust for Life" is the turning point of Lana Del Rey 's work, a bold and well executed step in the works that came in sequence.

    Lana created a great album with so many referencies of her last works. I will be listening to those songs till my last day. Lana Del Rey is amazing, love her so much.

    Slow, sweet, honey-like vocals on top of melodically charged tunes. This Album is everything that makes Lana Lana. Her love to her country and old age of Hollywood. Youth and beauty. Lyrically the Album doesn't stand out from her past works. Her poetry and content is consistent through all of her albums. But style-wise this album contains more hip-hop than any of her previous work. ItSlow, sweet, honey-like vocals on top of melodically charged tunes. This Album is everything that makes Lana Lana. Her love to her country and old age of Hollywood. Youth and beauty. Lyrically the Album doesn't stand out from her past works. Her poetry and content is consistent through all of her albums. But style-wise this album contains more hip-hop than any of her previous work. It almost sounds like her first album "Born To Die", but this one is more exquisite.     Lana del rey nos muestra su lado más radiante con este nuevo disco. Con letras maduras y canciones diferentes, pero nunca pierde su esencia. En este álbum lleno de luz nos ayuda a salir de la oscuridad de sus anteriores trabajos. Es perfecto de principio a fin, el mejor álbum de lo que va de año.

    The album is extremely well constructed, from the perfect pairs of featuring artists to the stunning solo tracks this album is full of enchanting lyrics and intoxicating sounds from beginning to end. Hauntingly beautiful again and Lana's best work to date.

    There are two types of gangsters: the ones who are in love with her debut album Born to Die and the ones who fully support Lana in her development and art loving more than 1 album of hers.     The ideal album of the ideal woman! Amazing and inspiring, i'm sure, it deserves your attention and a good mark. Every song is individual (For example Cherry is dark and sexy, Change is simultaneously relaxing and strong), but together they create understandable concept of this hypnotic and innovatory album. There is you can trace the singer's growth on the record. 10/10.

    I really really like this album. I think Lana has done a very hard work and as a result we received a new masterpiece. For the first time of her career Lana did collaborations with other singers and she did this so cool! Lana's amazing voice with rap-motifs is a wonderful combination.
    "Lust for Life" is definitely one of the best albums of this year.

    Perfection.All songs are beautiful and done. Absolutely nothing wrong. Collaborations with The Weeknd and Rocky are everything. I loce the way it sounds and contains like all of the eras styles.

    I'm from Belarus, so I do not speak English well. Lana showed real soulful and inspirational music. This album is worthy of being the best this year, because it makes people believe in something beautiful. I can praise this album for a long time and highlight the features of each song, but I think you yourself feel it all. I'm proud of Lana, because it was very good.

    Lana is the definition of a goddess. Hard work, passion, love, lust for life - all these things mixed together and that's how the best album of her entire career was created. Ethereal. Iconic. Different yet familiar. I love everything about the album.

    This album is beyond amazing beginning to end. There isn't a single song to skip or a song that could be labelled as a filler, and being a 16 song album, it is a great achievement even shorter albums can't reach. Top 3 album of the year for sure.

    it is amazing. i love it so much. i needed to listen it at least 2 times to feel the music completely.
    i'm not used to listening to female vocals and always prefer the male, but Lana's vocals are an excuse for me

    It's not often I put on an album and am totally seduced by it. That is the effect this album is having on me. It's pretty much what you'd expect from Lana Del Rey on the opening track, but then, the surprises come and they keep coming. The title track is pop perfection with a chorus made in hook heaven. 'Cherry' is sublime as is 'White Mustang'. '13 Beaches' is another highlight. The realIt's not often I put on an album and am totally seduced by it. That is the effect this album is having on me. It's pretty much what you'd expect from Lana Del Rey on the opening track, but then, the surprises come and they keep coming. The title track is pop perfection with a chorus made in hook heaven. The duet with Stevie Nicks 'Beautiful people, beautiful problems' is an inspired pairing. It's simply a beautiful song. A duet with Sean Ono Lennon 'Tomorrow never came' is another highlight on this album that keeps delivering top notch tracks. After the somewhat 'business as usual' album 'Honeymoon', this album is an artist reaching out into new musical pastures but in a subtle way that sits nicely with the best of her work.     Lust For Life show us the most intense, conscious and honest Lana Del Rey we've ever seen. Such a work of art. She's taking us to heaven with her vocals and then pulling us back to reality with her lyrics. The whole album is a beautiful experience.

    Also, Lana serves her kids some fresh material. It's notable how her writing skills improved while the record plays (even when she sings about subjects she already did like summer nights and video games). "Tomorrow Never Came" is a stunning ballad, such as "Heroin" and "Change".
    "Cherry", "Summer Bummer" and "In My Feelings" are the sexy songs from the album, "God Bless America" and "When The World Was at War We Kept Dancing" are beautiful and empowering anthems,

    Não consigo decidir qual a melhor música. Mudo de musica preferida 3 vezes ao dia. Nesse novo album foram explorados lados diferentes da voz da Lana e tiveram participações de outros cantores, e simplismente ficou incrível.

    Might not be a perfect mix of factors when compared to it's predecessor 'Honeymoon', but sure is an evolution of several factors, such as lyrics (they are the definite better lyrics ever seen in a Lana Del Rey album and maybe in any mainstream album from the 21st century) and the album's identity.

    She came back and bring a masterpiece with her. This album is a little bit different from 3 albums before. The melody, the lyrics and songs itself are some kind of happier than previous albums. But this is good. It proves that she is not only into sorrow or sadness but she can also giving hopes. Will recommend this album for everyone, include those not Lana's fan.

    This album is truly Lana's best album to date! I've been a fan since 2012 and I've watched her learn and grow over the past 5 years and I can honestly say that she's on a whole new level now. This album goes somewhere that none of her other albums have taken us to yet.

    Lana Del Rey did something different from the other four albums. She reinvented herself and came with the best album of her career, with inspirational lyrics about happiness, politician, changes, social problems and etc, the opposite of the last albums. Beautiful album with amazing vocals, production, lyrics and vibe, there's no reason to don't consider this album the best of the year!

    singing like the goddess of Hollywood dream, Del Rey give us her best vocal album. It can be really hard to listen just once. With songs full of pop references even to her first album, the case of Get Free to Ride. I can even tell what my favorite song of this masterpiece!

    Eu simplesmente amei esse álbum por completo! A Lana mostra-se uma pessoa bastante diferente e amadurecida. Ao mesmo tempo que tem uma pegada leve tem partes com uma pegada mais bruta e envolvente que eu gosto muito. Esse foi o primeiro álbum do qual eu AMEI todas as músicas!!!     A Lana sempre foi vista como uma cantora de indie depressão, mas nesse novo album, surpreendeu muito. Suas letras são tocantes, a melodia, o instrumental, tudo está ótimo! Creio que todas as musicas veio com uma fase, o começo a aceitação e o fim e o sentimento de paz e gratidão pelos tais atos feitos. É um album incrível, recomendadíssimo
