    This is easily the most honest and well executed album of the year! Christina Aguilera has returned to her old ARTISTIC and INNOVATIVE self with this masterpeice!

    Accelerate is a standout track, with some slick and forward thinking production from Kanye West, autotune-less raspy Ty Dolla $ign vocals and a dope 2 Chainz verse with a beat switch mid song. Like I Do which shows Aguileras ability to sing-rap with the best of them! Sick Of Sittin is pure genius with help from Anderson Paak. Right Moves and Pipe are a sexy one-two punch, sure to get you in the mood. & closing the opus with Unless Its With You... A soon to be classic powerballad with gospel influences...     miss for me and Lotus seemed all over the place. She performed at Jazz Fest in New Orleans a few years ago and while I didn't go, from the videos I saw of her performance I felt that she was getting back to that place where I fell in love with her first three albums. So now we have Liberation, which reminds me of Stripped in subject matter, genres, and vocals. The song and interludemiss for me and Lotus seemed all over the place. Strong, confident, but a richer version of Stripped is what I would describe Liberation as. There is not a song that I skip on this album. The song "Maria" with the use of the Jackson 5 song also titled "Maria" along with Christina singing is absolutely brilliant and perfection. As a diehard MJ fan, "Maria" is so epic and it's my favorite song from the album. This is the Christina that I have been waiting for. I'm so glad you're back Christina and don't take so long next time! Lol!… Expand

    Liberation is a Masterpiece! I won't be surprised if it will get a Grammy nomination for Pop Vocal Album or Album of the Year!

    What an amazing comeback from Christina Aguilera. Sonically sounds so new and fresh, the production is flawless and lyrically is powerful and fun. Her thirst for new sounds is present in this album and we really appreciate it because none on the current music industry takes this risk.     Liberation is nothing short of a masterpiece, it has come at a time where music was lacking vocally. Christina never fails to show her versatility and amazing voice. Absolutely love this album.

    Liberation is dope! Well worth the wait.. Christina is back and better than ever. There are absolutely no filler tracks on this album. Even the intro and interludes sound amazing and they help tie everything together. I've been listening nonstop for the last 2 weeks... and I'm not showing any signs of stopping. Bravo Xtina

    She’s one of the few artists in this generation who supports new talents and adapts new genres artistically. No doubt she’s one of the best singers in today’s music. And, this album really proves her status again as pop icon, from new waves of genres, pop, soul, hip hop, reggae and ballad, she remains the ultimate reinvention of artist musically and artistically. The legend and the queen.

    It's about love; THE LOVE OWN!

    I was trepidatious with this album after hearing her speak about the sound of the album. I was just nervous that it might be too experimental for right now. However, after finishing listening to the album from start to finish- WOW! It is a strong album as a whole.

    Christina gets to show all the colors of her voice in this. From the lows at the end of Maria, to the highs Deserve and Unless It’s With You. I’m addition we hear the quiet softness displayed in Searching for Maria and the subdued vibey vocals in Like I Do and PIPE.
    There are songs that are sexy, empowering, heart-breaking, and full of low key fun. The whole record, I would describe as a sexy vibe. Congrats to Xtina for creating another work worthy of bringing the same emotions that Stripped did for me when I was young. Not to mention her subtle political statement with an interlude entitled Dreamers being followed up by Fall In Line. Thank you for you resisting this administration and culture that is still working to bring people down.

Christina is a true vocalist - much like Whitney, Mariah, Aretha, Ella... and this album perfectly display's her raw and unforgettable talent.
    The Kanye produced tracks - say what you will about him,    Liberation was well worth the six-year wait.     The album has been on repeat since it was released, however, I can't imagine it's getting much airplay.

    Stripped and Back to Basics were the best Christina's album because she was free, she decided everything, she doesn't care about nothing and gave us two milestone albums. I was very very scared about this album, I couldn't think she was made me love her like early of her carreer! In Liberation she's present in every detail, she wrote her song again and she's been the boss of herself! I loved immediately "accelerate" but I think the figure of her on the video ruined everything... If Rihanna or Taylor Swift had sang "accelerate" surely it's been a success but she's Christina and she needs to get back her fame and respect.
    Liberation is a journey, hip-hop or pop or soul are restriction When you talk about Christina because she's those and more more more things. This album sometimes looks like a greatest hits because every track is extremely different but I don't know Why every word and every song are pieces of the puzzle, and extraordinarily makes sense! Christina doesn't care to be loved, she just did her job, she created What she was feelings and I'm seriously love this album more and more and more every day.

    All over the place and trying so hard to sound genuine only to end up as generic and mostly unlistenable (the usual oversinging and straining mess). Disappointing from xtina

    I strongly believe that this album is truly one of the best works of art created in the past few decades but unfortunately most people are not open for true art that is raw and imperfect but perfect in the same way. An actual masterpiece. And Christina Aguilera is an artist that we do not deserve.

    Liberation never reaches the heights fans likely wanted from Xtina, it serves as a pleasant refresher for a voice that has earned its place in the annals of pop history. That said, it’s a bit sad to feel like her finest moments are, at least for now, also in her past.
