    Halsey’s songwriting and vocals mixed with Trent and Atticus production is magnificent; goosebumps from the first track since the last one. The tradition is a wonderful opening track; Bells in Santa Fe, Easier than Lying, 1121, honey, I am not a woman, I’m a God and The Lighthouse are surely some of Halsey’s best songs ever.

    she literally wrote one of, if not THE best albums of the year. it's her most amazing work yet, words truly can't describe my feelings about this masterpiece that halsey created. it's not simply an album, it's a certified work of art & i really appreciate how they always manage to talk to my soul through their lyrics. incredible.

    This is Halsey's best album. Sorry BADLANDS. The Tradition as an opening song is perfect. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross and producers give this album the best vibes possible. It is dark and lovely and ugly and pretty all at once. When I was listening to it for the first time each song that played was my favorite and then I was at the end. My most favorites so far are The Lighthouse,This is Halsey's best album. Sorry BADLANDS. The Tradition as an opening song is perfect.     Halsey never disappoints! This album is amazing, recommend listening to it as a whole the first time and with lyrics! After the first listen you can listen to the songs as standalones

    The album was so good. Halsey literally made it possible for me to feel like I was in the setting they created for the album: some dark, mysterious and dangerous ancient royal city. Halsey knows how to start an album and they really showed it this time. Honestly, this is a work of art.

    This album is pure gold.

    Halsey's ability to weave her personal life and sincere truths into a concept album with a storyline grande enough to simultaneously exist in a movie is inexplicable and jaw-dropping... they are a true visionary in every aspect of the word. Forever in awe of her.

    this is absolutely one of my favorite album. Halsey never ever disappoints my expectations and I’m so happy about it! You definitely have to listen to it, very carefully paying attention to every single lyrics.

    Okay so I have been a Halsey stan for 5 and a half years now, they have been my first concert, i was here for three album releases and she just outdoes herself every. single. time. I am proud af and yeah well, nothing more. Stream this masterpiece, the lyrics are insane and so is the whole concept. Thanks Halsey

    Honestly, the range Halsey has on this album is phenomenal! The raw vocals alone give Me goosebumps. IICHLIWP shows how much Halsey has grown as an artist, not just her vocals but lyrics and melodies, within the last 6/7 years. Another serious competitor for AOTY with no skips!!

    Compared to this summer's pop offerings—think of the similarly themed efforts by Billie Eilish and Lorde, both of which deal with the trappings of fame with serenity and blissful detachment, respectively—If I Can't Get Love, I Want Power is provocative, and even ugly, in its most vulnerable moments. Self-indulgent, sure, but its emotional chaos feels earned.

    Easier Than Lying is shouty and electronic, while You Asked for This finds Halsey fronting a Smashing Pumpkins pastiche. Amid all the Sturm und Drang and sludgy oompah (The Lighthouse) there is some high-quality writing, chiefly in the pizzicato niggles and Jesus analogies of Bells in Santa Fe (“it’s not a happy ending”) and Whispers.

    If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power is on an upward trajectory in terms of Halsey releasing quality music. By and by, Halsey may not have love, but her latest record is power.
