Demi is in their best era, a true singer! They deserve all de success, I can’t wait to see what’s coming next.

Ok but not that good. I immediately thought of a more mature Avril Lavigne, but the lyrics are sometimes very much on the border of the tolerable.

Back to their roots like their first 2 albums! It really gives the feel of Don't Forget and Here We Go Again. Demi was 15/16 at that time and listening to their new album Holy Fvck felt like I was thrown back in time, I myself feel a teen again listening to this album. Love the heavy rock vibe and it's an all around amazing album, welcome back Demi!

O álbum com letras muito bem feitas, arranjos e melodias, mais não me agradou no geral n consegui ouvir o álbum inteiro. Mais em termos musical está bom.

Pretty average. Not a bad album, it actually feels like Demi is being honest and vulnerable, but the lyrics are kinda weak and the whole aesthetic is way to heavy, whereas the songs are not that profound. Again, not bad, just not that good.

I think Demi's pop era was much more interesting, the genre of this album for her doesn't fit that well, it just doesn't have the same glow. I miss the Confident album era

Happy ending is definitely one of the best songs I've ever heard. Holy Fvck is a journey of the strongest emotions, anger, sadness, sexuality and love. Demi really did well this time

songs are good, it’s just her voice is a bit too piercing for me. a solid effort though. much better than her last album in terms of lyrical content.

Lovato is fervent in bringing his rock origins into this album. Holy Fvck brings all strength, love and freedom from its new phase after embracing its darkness and dealing with light

Realmente con este álbum se puede llegar a conectar con lo que es la Demi de siempre, algo que no pude lograr con la era de TMYLM y las anteriores de pop. Very mixed feelings about this album, which is a shame because Skin of My Teeth and 29, I was a big fan. Substance I can't lie is a very cliché song and poorly written. It's odd because at face value DWTD...TAOSO was a better album on first listen but has since aged poorly with newer information. I just feel like Demi hasn't had a really cohesive record since her golden eras of Confident and Tell Me You Love Me. Maybe this album will grow over time. Expand

I agree with NME because ‘Holy Fvck’ is a funeral for Lovato’s pop music. It also marks a new beginning, with an artist reborn. It also marks a new beginning, with an artist reborn. As the musician explores this ferocious sonic world and celebrating her musical roots, it’s the start of a bold new era. Demi has been and perhaps will always be a polarizing and confusing figure in pop culture who suffers from being over exposed, experiencing her worst moments publicly. But with holy fvck she address those duplicities by taking power away from instances where she wasn't allowed any such as the album higlights "29" which admonishes the inappropriate longterm relationship she had with the historic predator Willmar Valderrama whos 12 year age gap was a means to manipulate the then vulnerable drug addicted Demi. It's a sobering moment in lieu of a recent wave of anti-stautory pop song (eg. Your power by Billie ellish or favorite crime by Olivia Rodrigo to name a few). The lead single "skin on my teeth " is a hot pop punk number that nearly achieves the grit it claims to have. This feels like the rage to dancing with the devils acceptance. If you didn't like her previous stuff this record will not change your mind on that but if you did it will be a respectable step forward for her. Expand

Very mediocre album. Maybe I’m just not the target audience, but I didn’t really enjoy any song on the album and actually hate the aesthetic around it. Definitely overrated…

i was expecting more from this album. it seems to be all and no substance. all the songs sound the same. it was a struggle to finish listening. this an album pushed by the industry i guess.

Love Demi vocally! Personally, I’m not sure if rock is her genre. While the music sounds ok aesthetically, I can’t decipher whether if she’s singing, or screaming. Some of her best work lies with ballads and emotional pieces. Maybe it’ll grow in me, but for now, not a fan of this particular work.

A pity is that Demi constantly changes sound.

The only song I like is 29. I feel like Demi is telling the same story every album. And she shows it like it's revolutionary. I don't think it is.

Some songs are good, but most of them lack lyrics and sound bad. This is an 8th studio album and doesn’t feel like it. Demi needs to find her sound.

If anything, Holy Fvck proves that maybe it was Lovato’s pop albums that were the fluff, and this is the substance they’ve been looking for.

Holy Fvck has its flaws – Lovato’s powerful voice is unnecessarily finessed and Auto-Tuned, and 16 tracks is too long. But its gutsy ambition is a thing of substance in and of itself.
