    I’ve been listening to Demi Lovato since her Disney Years and while she has one of the greatest voices, this new album falls flat in several instances.

    The return to Rock feels inauthentic and forced and the lyrics are a vast disappointment and lack of sense as to what the album means. The shock value for the sake of attention is highly clear and it takes away from the beautiful vocals    I’ve been listening to Demi Lovato since her Disney Years and while she has one of the greatest voices, this new album falls flat in several instances.

    The return to Rock feels inauthentic and forced and the lyrics are a vast disappointment and lack of sense as to what the album means.

    The shock value for the sake of attention is highly clear and it takes away from the beautiful vocals that we are expecting.

    None of the songs are catchy or memorable enough to give a second listen. It will be interesting to see if the general public embraces this new “edgy” sound or if they will see behind the curtain.    … Expand

    This album is a wonderful collection of songs. The dichotomy between holy (love songs) and **** (angry songs) is an amazing concept. Each song has its unique tone to it, no one song is similar to the other, which is very easy to fall into especially if you are making rock music. This is truly album of the year. No other artist has reinvented themselves the same way    Demi did it again.

    Arguably the best album they have put out in their career! Almost 15 years in the music industry and you definitely hear the growth in Demi’s music, including lyrically, vocally, and production wise. Definitely recommend checking it out, you won’t regret it.

    Great album, not only the sound also the lyrics are amazing. She really made a rock album and was truthful to the gender. Other artist tried to do it but at the end they made another pop album. HolyFvck is a masterpiece, good job Demi

You go from dancing and freeing yourself like crazy to crying with melancholy, so you experience all the emotions you can imagine through this “journey”. Every single detail is perfect: dynamics, melodies, and obviusly VOCALS (asI don’t like rock so much, but THIS ALBUM is incredibly PERFECT. Every song has a powerfull message and each one transmits a different feeling and atmosphere.     Achei que não fosse gostar por conta dos primeiros singles, mas sinceramente, é muito bom. Vale muito a pena escutar com a mente aberta. Até os singles encaixaram e ficaram bons no contexto do álbum. Espero que receba um bom reconhecimento pq vale a pena.

    This album is the most honest and vocally powerful by Demi definitely. She express fully anger and sexual charged on the songs and it says a lot by the album cover. Might be so far the best album we've heard of Demi Lovato. I've seen people coming here to give a low rating just for hating on her, well, as she said on the track "Eat Me" "you'll have to eat me as I am" bye btch!
