Pure masterpiece! its full of amazing single potential songs and Britney's voice is the least edited in a decade, it's been a while since we've heard a soft side of her :)

P.S. people who are rating her 0, we all know you are just other pop stars' fans, if you can't have or form a personal opinion, or listen to the album in the first place, spare us your lame reviews.

One word to describe this album is euphoric. This is Britney at her best. The style and vibe of this album are different from her previous work, but they are just as good as the music she made at her peak.

The album is overall worse than previous Britney albums. Most songs do not really meet the expectations and lack replay value, becoming quickly boring or annoying. Biggest problem of the album is that Britney abuses her "chipmunk voice" that songs like Radar/If you seek amy are known for, works great for those two songs btw, but not every song will do right with that voice. Songs like Slumber Party, Private Show, Better... become annoying after hearing them a couple times because of that voice. Some others like "What you need" are even worse and the production is too presumptuous for itself. "Change your mind" is innovative, but doesn't really work and the song resorts to secondary voices to sing most of the spanish part, which is kind of upsetting. Other like "If I'm dancing" actually try to be good but fail because of a nonsensical over the top editing.

Of course among 17 songs, not everything is bad, "Do you wanna come over" will surely be remembered as another Britney hit, and "Make Me", "Man on the Moon" and "Liar" are pretty good songs.

One of the worst albums of the year thus far. It shows absolutely no artistic growth, the lyrics are elementary, and the vocals are non-existent. All in all, a terrible album.

At last Britney recorded a gorgeous album. It reminds me of a mix of In the Zone and Blackout, but with more modern rhythms and sounds.

Invitation - it is invitation to her Glory. It is very smooth and Britney's vocals are as an angel's.
Private Show - a funky song, something new in Brtney's repertoire. Man on the Moon and Liar - as her old and good songs from the first two albums. Slumber Party - reggae rhythms calling us to dance on the beach. Just Luv Me and Make Me - rnb songs a la Selena Gomez ;) Do you wanna come over? - uptempo and dark pop/dance track with characteristic chorus. Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes) - Britney in latino version or Copoure Electrique - in French one.
In general, this album is coherent and well prepared without any need of autotune like in Britney Jean album. Maybe, these songs are not catchy as in Femme Fatale or Circus albums, but we can hear mature Britney.

To be frank, this album is for 10/10

Britney is back FOR SURE! Everyone was like "Britney is back on circus" "britney is back on femme fatale" "britney is back on britney jean" but none of those albums was as great and fresh as Glory. It gives us a total new idea of Mrs. Spears' sounds, in a total experimental album full of tracks that make you go on an endless trip. Each track was amazingly produced, but as every album, itBritney is back FOR SURE! Each track was amazingly produced, but as every album, it has its ups and downs. The highest points of this album are the vocals in every track, Britney gave the songs a new life with her vocals, some of them were really impressive and never-seen-before, like the hymn What You Need. She doesn't stop there, she is also singing in spanish in Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes) and FRENCH in Coupure Électrique. The negative sides of this album is that some tracks get boring after the first chorus, they sound like looping the verses, Just Luv Me is one of those songs. The lyrics are great, Britney did really well with it, but the instrumental makes the song very predictable after the first 30 seconds of it. Anyway, Spears' new album is amazing and have all the types of beat, from jazz-inspired songs (Private Show) to acoustic ballads that could still be played at night clubs (Just Like Me, Liar, Man On The Moon), it also includes reggae-inspired songs (Love Me Down, Slumber Party) and brazilian funk like If I'm Dancing. It's definetely worth it, you can't listen to this album without enjoying ANY songs, you'll fall in love to at least one of them. Congratulation Mrs. Spears for this masterpiece, that we hope it's just the first of many experimental projects you still may have ahead! Expand

Melhor álbum pop do ano!

Easily one of the best albums of the year, and definitely a ground-breaking album for Spears'. It mixes various different genres of music (Country, Dark, Pop, EDM, RnB and others) in a glorious masterpiece.

Britney is back with good music, lyrics and with an unapologetic persona. Glory shows us a mature woman who is still relevant even after almost 20 years of career. She's an icon, a living legend and her new album proves it. The best thing about "Glory" is that we haven't seen this side of Britney since "In The Zone" or "Blackout" - she's back with blood on her eyes!

Glory makes for an enjoyable listen, and it definitely a huge step-up from 2013's Britney Jean. Her vocals are less processed and they shine in different places (see "Private Show"). The reason I gave it a 7 is some tracks are very forgettable, like the last 3 tracks on the standard edition, but songs like "Private Show". "Man on the Moon", and "Make Me..." really make up for it. Her most cohesive album to date, it's a rare pop gem. After "Britney Jean" and the misfire that was, I thought Britney's career was over. Boy, did she prove me wrong. Returning with this bob, filled with great songs, such as "Love Me Down", "Make Me" and the haunting "Coupure Electrique", she's clearly here to rule. Sounding more involved and happy than ever, she seems to have been responsible for every single phase of this album's creation. She blends R & B with pop and sometimes EDM and it's beyond any doubt that she does it really really well. Also, it's probably her only album to not include any filler-songs. Almost everything here could be huge. From the retro heaven "Slumber Party" to the aggressively fantastic "Liar". Furthermore , her voice is incredibly genuine here and almost not processed at all. She's done huge progress and it's only fitting that we applaud her for that. The only issue is that the bonus tracks are so good that it seems sad they aren't part of the standard edition. It's club-friendly, it's modern, it's everything fans could have expected and more. It's like a lovechild to "Blackout" and "In The Zone", her other two best albums. Probably the best pop album of 2016 so far, it's so addictive. A must of this year! She really defied my expectations. Expand

Like Britney herself, Glory is a fascinating if flawed listen--while she remains very much a singles artist, this is her most successful record in a while, and still contains glimpses of why she remains so compelling, 18 years into her career.
  3. Glory is no masterpiece, but it’s a marked improvement on 2013’s ‘Britney Jean’, a messy attempt to merge thumping EDM tunes with supposedly reflective midtempo songs.
