    A bop after bop after bop; "Future Nostalgia" has everything to make you dance, and even though I didn't really like the last two songs (I think it would've been better if she just left them out), it doesn't change a thing about how magnificent this album is. This is pop perfection, and without a doubt, one of the best pop records released in recent times.

    Arguably, the best pop album of 2020. Many artist have been trying to bring the late 80´s, 90´s vibe back to the music game, but none could do it like Dua did in Future Nostalgia. One of the most impressing things about this album is the cohesion, from the begginning till the end. Perfect work, Dua.

    Future Nostalgia llega a desmentir el mito de que las segundas partes no son tan buenas como las primeras, de hecho logra superar por mucho a su predecesor trabajo "Dua Lipa" al grado de que podría considerarse como un proyecto demasiado ostentoso y pretensioso. Sin embargo, la británica opta por desafiar sus propios límites y explotar al máximo su creatividad como artista para mostrarnos una nueva faceta de ella, la de popstar.

    Just as I had heard by many people, Dua Lipa’s second album, Future Nostalgia, was phenomenal. Her new sound with confident melodies, complicated basslines, and creativity with guitars and synths make a grand majority of Future Nostalgia’s songs a blast to listen to. Even the “extra” songs slapped onto the end with the “Moonlight Edition” can be really well done as well.

    I really wish I could have included my entire song-by-song commentary, but that would push my review past the character limit.

    Overall, I was extremely pleased by Dua Lipa’s most recent release. In pretty much every song, everything fit so well together despite each track being so loaded with complicated bass, synth, and guitar parts. I’m definitely a fan of this new sound from Dua Lipa and I really hope she releases another album very soon. Until then, I am more than happy listening to the many songs from Future Nostalgia that caught my attention. If you love pop and haven’t listened to all of Future Nostalgia, you absolutely should. Highlights: Future Nostalgia, Don’t Start Now, Cool, Physical, Levitating (both versions), Hallucinate, Love Again, Break My Heart, Boys Will Be Boys, Fever, We’re Good, Prisoner, If It Ain’t Me, and Un Día.    … Expand

    Es uno de esos gloriosos álbumes que apenas comienza a sonar no podés parar en ningún momento. Todas las canciones del álbum merecen la pena su lugar en el tracklist, todas tienen su propósito. Es un álbum super producido, los sonidos son muy efectivos y la voz de Dua Lipa hace de este disco algo único y original. Si tan solo terminara con Boys Will Be Boys, para mí hubiese sido perfecto,Es uno de esos gloriosos álbumes que apenas comienza a sonar no podés parar en ningún momento. Todas las canciones del álbum merecen la pena su lugar en el tracklist, todas tienen su propósito.     One of the best pop albums in a long time. Dua Lipa gives us all disco-pop vibes that both give us throwback vibes as well as sounding like what pop music will be like for the next decade. Many of these songs will be played at clubs and parties and everyone will be dancing along. Such good vibrations! A perfect pop album.

    This album is almost perfect. Not too long like the bloated, 34-song abominations that rap artists put out these days, and no sleepers. Every song is catchy and will get stuck in my head for hours if I listen to it. I cannot stress how much I like this. The only thing I don't like is the Good in Bed song, which wasn't bad but didn't hold up to the standards of the other, near perfectThis album is almost perfect.     Lipa combines retro and futuristic, and the result is a masterpiece with a distinctive yet careful sound that doesn't stick like a sore thumb in the current musical climate. Sound is polished, never overproduced, and every song is a complete jam. It's a phenomenal pop record, not much else to say.

    Dua Lipa definitely was the most artist of the century last and this year. Her song levitating sadly get again numer 2 in the hot 100, the same thing of Don't Start Now. But the song levitating is so stable and get radios tho. her era Future Nostalgia was so perfect.

    One of the best Pop album I've listened to, every track on this album is a hit. Dua Lipa definitely is a queen of Pop! Her vocal range, catchy tune and dedication to her craft put magic to her work. This is her best album by far, I was addicted to "Don't Start Now" followed by "Physical" and now got hooked to the song "Levitating". This album will never get old!

    After around a week of listeting to beautiful examples of simple most popular hits I thought this album will be something like her first one that i didn`t like at all. First ~10 listenings was crazy. I felt the rhytm of every track, each of them had different idea and realisation and the most amazing thing for me is that every second track i had a feeling that i`ve already heard some specific part of instrumentalssinging even though i`m not such an old pop fan.     An amazing sophomore album! A well deserved grammy award. Don't start now was a huge lead single, but basically Physical and Break my heart did also amazing. Levitating is my favorite song tho, overall a really good job

    Jumping into this album, I had pretty high expectations, I mean— it’s Dua Lipa, she could slap the most mediocre pop beats on a song and still make it so enticingly addicting. ‘Future Nostalgia’, the sophomore album of Lipa’s career, shows more than just artistic growth, it shows growth in the Pop Music genre as a whole. Not a lot of artists can master the ‘nostalgic 80s’ sound; TaylorJumping into this album, I had pretty high expectations, I mean— it’s Dua Lipa, she could slap the most mediocre pop beats on a song and still make it so enticingly addicting. ‘Future Nostalgia’, the sophomore album of Lipa’s career, shows more than just artistic growth, it shows growth in the Pop Music genre as a whole. Not a lot of artists can master the ‘nostalgic 80s’ sound; Taylor Swift failed to do so with her 2014 LP “1989”, using synth to self-proclaim her album as “80s inspired”. ‘Future Nostalgia’ is so perfectly crafted and loquaciously detailed that you forget that it’s just a pop album. This album is disgustingly good, and in the best way possible. Even the weakest tracks, ‘Good In Bed’ & ‘Boys Will Be Boys’ both still have the quintessential throwback sound that’s not too cheesy and not too serious. This album could very well be ‘pop perfection’. The highlights of this album are ‘Don’t Start Now’, ‘Love Again’, ‘Levitating’, ‘Break My Heart’, and ‘Hallucinate’, which are all powerhouse ethereal disco/dance & funk records that showcases how grossly intelligent Dua Lipa & her producers really are, pulling some deep samples onto ‘Love Again’, making it almost too unnoticeable, yet doesn’t try to hide it. I could say this is the best pop album of all time, but that would be giving Ms. Lipa too much credit (although she very well damn deserves it) — this album probably just saved pop music as a whole, and definitely revived what is (in my opinion) — ‘The Disco Renaissance of the 2020s. If I could rate this any higher than a 10, I would do it in an instant — I mean, how can you not get up and just move some joints to this perfectly crafted record. Dua Lipa has completely solidified herself as this decade’s new pop force— and not a Katy Perry pop force, a pop force the general public has not seen since the likes of Donna Summers, Madonna, and Kylie Minogue.     Desde himnos bailables y llenos de energía, como lo son "Don't Start Now" y "Physical", hasta canciones con una atmósfera más relajada y sofisticada, "Pretty Please" y "Boys Will Be Boys", el álbum está lleno de joyas musicales que seguramente se convertirán en clásicos.

    Future Nostalgia llega a desmentir el mito de que las segundas partes no son tan buenas como las primeras, de hecho logra superar por mucho a su predecesor trabajo "Dua Lipa" al grado de que podría considerarse como un proyecto demasiado ostentoso y pretensioso. Sin embargo, la británica opta por desafiar sus propios límites y explotar al máximo su creatividad como artista para mostrarnos una nueva faceta de ella, la de popstar.

    Make no mistake, her risks are still very within the context of a 4/4 pop structure, but she still finds such color and joy in her surroundings it's hard not to get swept up in her energy. Such risk-staking, however, can still lead to a few moments that could've used a bit more polish.
