I'm not music critic, I'm simple person. If I like music I give it 10, if I don't I give it 0. This album is definitely 10. It's beautiful and soulful. I highly recommend you to listen deluxe edition

it's complicated. The songs are good, but as a final product the album is flat, all songs sound similar and there is not much risk in his voice and melodies. Good songs but nothing extraordinary and new (we have already Ed Sheeran). Keep working boy.

One of the worst albums that I have ever listened to. The production is cheap and the songs were like ed sheeran's rejects. Niall showed his lack of creativity in his debut album and the cover of his album could only be done by a lazy person. His vocals are not impressive at all. I hope he should have gone to a vocal coach first before embarking for a solo career.

It's like I'm listening to 1D's music with Niall's voice only, Boring and Bland. If Fangirls want to obsess over a country-poppy artist go listen to Shawn Mendes.

Another One Directioner album out I see. This album feels like a low end Ed Sheeran album. After getting halfway through this album I thought I was listening to a 20 minute long song. I think he made a mistake performing his album before it was out because I can't get into the songs I once liked after hearing it live. He also lost all his hype for his album because everyone heard the album over a month ago. It will hurt him in the end. There's definitely nothing spectacular about this album. Over half of it seemed like songs that never made it to a One Direction album or an Ed Sheeran album. Horan has the worst debut so far from the guys of One Direction. Expand

Leaving the subpar vocals and the mediocre song writing aside. This album just really lacks any depth and emotion. Nobody asked for another Ed Sheeran, to begin with. I guess there's always room for improvement, but the only thing I have to say about this is that it was tragically boring. Expand

I don't get the hype of One direction members but by listening to this album, it solidifies my belief that this artist is the worst among them all. letras basicas y ritmo divertido parece seguir con la misma tecnica de 1d en four y en mitam es un wannabe de ed sheeran esperaba algo mejor despues de toda la promo que hizo pero me decepciono

O álbum é muito bom, mais eu acho que tem muito mais do mesmo, as músicas são muito monótonas, produção muito igual. Tirando isso eu amei o álbum! Beijos Niall

Flicker is a solid record that shows Niall's full extent as a solo musician. He’s best when he’s broken and holding on love. The fragility of his context compliments his voice perfectly that it is believable and affective.

It's not bad but could have been better. Horan has got a sweet voice that please my ears, but he needs to develop his generic lyrics and the instrumental parts of the musics

just extremely boring? listened to the entire album and then forgot it all. however, the title-track is beautiful and i have hopes for his next album if he follows that path instead of forgettable pop or bad lyrics about dirty laundry.

Flicker proves that 1D's split was a good thing. This album doesn't try hard to appeal to children but it still doesn't try hard to not be for children unlike Zayn's work. A great first album! Niall has created a distinct sound and vibe with this album, I love the deceptively simple lyrics. Niall made himself surprisingly vulnerable for a new artist whose previous experience was as part of a massive pop group and his honesty really pays off on flicker. I can't wait to see what else he has in store!

Niall has the ability to provide a round story from several points of view throughout his album. Each part of the story can be relatable to a different audience, and the sound is overall pleasant and easy to listen to. I applaud him for the amazing debut that displays his vast talent and potential as a solo artist.

Niall Horan's debut Album contains it all. the versatility, the Emotions and the class. the album is diverse and has its ballads and love songs sorted. the sexy folk-pop slow hands seems to win hearts but the album is more than that.

One of the best pop albuns made by a man in 10's. Niall show us what he can do with beautiful love and heartbreak songs. Perfect voice, sounds like a angel. The instrumental is good and he wrote every single song!

Its lack of artistic ambition or character of its own is easy to mock, but Horan may well have the last laugh.

Lyrically, Horan pushes no envelopes, sticking to earnest love plaints and poignant reminiscences for the most part, and even offering to listen to his girl’s problems in “Fire Away”.

It is hard to get overheated about something so determinedly tepid. And yet, dropped amid the frenzy of pop radio, Horan’s songs are immediately distinctive.
