You can see the growth in her singing style and the maturity of her voice. It’s also mind blowing that “The Vault” songs were tracks not included in the original album even though all of them are single material. This just goes to show how amazing an artist Taylor really is.

This album is magnificent, Taylor chose very well to preserve all the originality of the original Fearless, and to present us in her new production with a more mature voice. It's funny to think of a 30-year-old woman singing about teenage love stories, all of these songs give a very good nostalgic feeling. I can't wait for the next albums.

The original is still better. Not worth a remake.. no one needs this. I kinda understand why she did it but I'm not gonna listen to this album I will be sticking to the original.

Wow, this version is even better than the original, which is really saying something, as the first release of Fearless was amazing. With Taylor’s Version, Swift’s voice has improved so much, which is one highlight of this re-release. For some reason that I’m not totally sure of, the drums sound especially good in most of the songs (though the louder songs sound wonderful in this context). Some songs such as You’re Not Sorry and Hey Stephen were a lot better this time around, which were wonderful surprises. I am glad that Swift decided to include Today Was a Fairytale in this version of Fearless, as I really enjoy this song and I felt like it really fit in well with the rest of the album. Onto the new stuff. You All Over Me’s lyrics are so good, and the slower tempo fits in well with songs like Superstar and Breathe. This and Mr. Perfectly Fine must have been very close to making the cut the previous run around, because I could have absolutely seen both on this album. Mr. Perfectly Fine was an awesome song, and would work well as a tie between Fearless and Speak Now-type music. The lyrics were relatable and well written, which made me love the song for more than just its rocking music. The remaining four, released with the rest of the album (the previous two “Vault” songs were both released early), were all slower but had quality lyrics that we have grown to expect from Swift, and these are not disappointing in any way. We Were Happy was sung with so much emotion that it stirred up something inside of me. That’s When was a little more upbeat and it was fun how Keith Urban was brought into the mix. Don’t You honestly felt a little out of place with its driving synth, an instrument rarely (if ever) seen on the rest of the album. The lyrics were great though, so it's hard to complain (and the music was great too, if straying from the overall vibe a bit). Bye Bye Baby was another wonderful song to groove to and unpack its lyrics. Overall, I am so very very happy with the way that this turned out. I was expecting something pretty great from Swift as a rerelease of an already great album, I was not expecting this version to be even better than the original. I have already replaced all of the “original” songs on my playlists with the “Taylor’s Version” ones. I found it awfully inspiring how Swift just decided to take back all of her music, and in doing so, she is making it so much better, which benefits everyone (except for the record companies I guess, but who needs them?). All fans of Fearless will love this Version, and I recommend Taylor’s Version to everyone who loves great music, as this falls into my top three albums of all time (and I have reviewed over 140). And it’s not just because I’m a fan: I’m a little late to the game as far as Swift fans go, but this is the one that converted me. I am stoked to hear what the next Taylor’s Version release is (I think it’s 1989, fingers crossed!), and reportedly, some other big names should be showing up for it (rumored Demi Levato and Selena Gomez), which excites me a lot. Until then though, I will be greatly enjoying this release. Highlights (basically everything): Fearless, Fifteen, Love Story, Hey Stephen, White Horse, You Belong With Me, Breathe, Tell Me Why, You’re Not Sorry, The Way I Loved You, Forever & Always (including piano), The Best Day, Change, Jump Then Fall, Come In With The Rain, Superstar, The Other Side Of The Door, Today Was A Fairytale, You All Over Me, Mr. Perfectly Fine, That’s When, and Bye Bye Baby.

So brave of Taylor to have finally done this; she has made an immense effort for her fans to live through the moments and era again. The album manages to remain a classic with some fresh changes in production and vocals. Oh, and "From the Vault" collection is definitely a chef's kiss.

After very rarely listening to Fearless (original version) in full often, I didn't really know many of the songs so rediscovering an album was a treat.

Fearless (Taylor's Version) is almost perfect. There's the odd track I'm not fond of, but the improved vocals and production is insane. Taylor really worked hard on recapturing the magic of what made Fearless such a great album

these remastered tracks have a much fuller resonance both vocally and sonically as a whole. this whole move is punk af, but the quality has improved over a decade as well so that taylor's version sticks it to the man in crisp, clear quality style

Most obviously changed is her voice, which has strengthened and deepened over the years. Her choruses are a bit less breathy, and she glides into belting without sounding strained. There are micro-changes in inflection.

Fearless (Taylor’s Version) states boldly, simply and perhaps, generously, that this is a story still worth telling – and a fight worth fighting.

Swift largely re-creates the arrangements and feel of the original 2008 album, yet her voice and phrasing has aged, giving the music a hint of bittersweet gravity. That said, it's only a hint; Fearless (Taylor's Version) serves the purpose of offering new versions that could be substituted for the originals for licensing purposes. It's to Swift's credit that the album is an absorbing (if long) listen anyway.
