Gaga returns to pop serving an homage to 90s and early 00s dance music. It’s melodiously chaotic infused with very introspective lyrics and thundering dance beats. Chromatica is her more cohesive album and continues the legacy begun by Born This Way and ARTPOP. Brava Stefani Brava!!!

This album is pop perfection. It's the perfect mix of nostalgic dance thumpers with the eclectic styling of Lady Gaga. Chromatica I, II & III perfectly set you into the right mood for each section on the album with the cinematic orchestral pieces.
Standout songs for me are Alice, Fun Tonight, 911, Enigma, Sine From Above & 1000 Doves.

LG6 is a real journey to the world of Chromatica, it's a full experience. It makes us dance, cry, deal with our own pain, smile and really forget we live in Earth. I'll always be thankful to Mother Monster for making me FEEL ALIVE. I see you, Gaga, and I love you for who you are. I'm also more open to celebrate my own achievements. Still thrilled!

Just perfect, there's not even one bad song. The singles are amazing and the featuring songs are the bests. Elton John, Blackpink and Ariana Grande made the album even better.

Pop perfection from a musical genius! Chromatica brings you to a world where you dance your pain / sorrows / heartache/ addiction away. Imagine feeling like you want to cry and be emotional, but you still dance to the beat like there’s no tomorrow.

Good album, but I was expecting to see more of the Gaga that gave me shivers during her performance of Elton John's Your Song. She's the complete 21st century artist and I was hoping she could express that better here, with more concept to wrap the whole thing and more interesting music. She's the complete 21st century artist and I was hoping she could express that better here, with more concept to wrap the whole thing and more interesting music. I still have to read the lyrics to find what are the themes behind the album as a whole but apart from "Plastic Doll" and "Stupid Love" and the chorus on "Replay", which provide some interesting musical variations, as a whole the album is just generic dance/house music you can play at a club, with simple melodies and harmony and overly repetitive choruses (especially on "Enigma" and "Rain On Me"). The synthesis of pop music. The 80s/90s disco theme is intentional, of course, and makes her fan base happy. I've been told it's "an album to dance to", and it is. But it's just that.

The way she connected the whole album is amazing! It is a music trip called Chromatica, where you can dance, enjoy and be yourself on the dancefloor.

The nostalgia in the production — a blend of crisp digital synth textures and ringing grooves drawn directly from '90s house music — further bolsters the shadowed euphoria of a song like "Sour Candy," in which Gaga is joined by the K-pop girl group Blackpink; "Sine from Above," featuring Elton John, gets a similar friction from the interplay between their voices.

Infectious, exciting and even a little hedonistic during some of the most confusing of modern times, now’s never been a better time to get lost in this new destination.

Chromatica’s frank grappling with the vagaries of Gaga’s brain – and the way fame exacerbates them – ends up feeling much more real than touring dive bars with a guitar and a Stetson ever did.
