    “Stupid Love”, que prometía reivindicarla como digna sucesora a Reina del Pop, no hizo más que defraudarnos. El piano ochentero presente durante toda la pista sumado a que no era una versión final, solo nos había dejado con un mal sabor de boca y queriendo advertir a Gaga -a gritos- que no iba por buen camino hciendo que nos preguntemos si realmente a Gaga le interesaba o estaba dispuesta“Stupid Love”, que prometía reivindicarla como digna sucesora a Reina del Pop, no hizo más que defraudarnos. El piano ochentero presente durante toda la pista sumado a que no era una versión final, solo nos había dejado con un mal sabor de boca y queriendo advertir a Gaga -a gritos- que no iba por buen camino hciendo que nos preguntemos si realmente a Gaga le interesaba o estaba dispuesta a retomar su carrera y elevar la vara como ella misma lo había hecho no menos de hace una década atrás. “Bienvenidos a Chromatica” nos introduce Gaga a su nuevo material distópico donde ninguna cosa es mejor que otra al puro estilo de Alicia en el País de las Maravillas.
    El álbum se encuentra divido en tres partes por sus interludios Chromatica I, II y III. Alice es la canción que nos da la bienvenida. “… My name isn’t Alice but I keep lookin’ for, looKin’ for, lookin’ for Wonderland… “, una mezcla algo cliché de letras y ritmo pero que cumple su trabajo, darnos el primer shock y dejarnos sedientos por más. Para nuestra decepción, no encontramos nuestro País de las Maravillas; Stupid Love entra como segunda pista y nos deja agobiados y resentidos por aquel primer intento arruinado de Gaga...".

I especially like Sine From Above with Elton John, Sour Candy with BLACKPINK, 911 and Babylon. I like how Chromatica I, II and III go into the next songs! This album represents so many people that are very rarely represented in music, and not badly represented, which would've been worse than not representing at all. Si hablamos de las canciones, todas están increíblemente bien producidas, es algo impresionante. Los interludios son muy buenos, están maravillosamente bien producidos. En general todo el álbum es excelente, excelente producción, execelente letras muy profundas e inspiradoras. De las colaboraciones, todas son increíbles y te dan una increíble y profunda perspectiva de las cosas. Un increíble trabajo, en mi opinión es el mejor trabajo de Lady Gaga muchas felicidades… Expand

    Such a cohesive and well thought out album. Each song is a banger and the transitions are so smooth and really help tell the story of the album. Definitely long overdue for Gaga to return to her dance roots

    Lady Gaga has proved again her worth as an artist as if she has something else to prove. Chromatica maybe too familiar but it doesn't mean that it's not enjoyable. With its incredible songwriting, heart-thumping beats and amazing collaborators such as Blackpink, Ariana and Elton --- this could easily well be an album to beat for the many years to come.

    Chromatica takes heavy influence from 90s house music, with every song having a deep and driving drum beat, and enough layers to make a wedding cake. The lyrics on this project are hit-and-miss, with somewhat touching lines    Lady Gaga has dived head-first into loud, feel-good pop music after a (pretty good) visit to the world of acoustic guitars and ballads - and I couldn't be happier.

The lyrics on this project are hit-and-miss, with somewhat touching lines on Fun Tonight, 911, etc. but then you've got kind of generic pop lyrics on tracks such as Stupid Love and Alice. But then again, you don't go into an album like this expecting wonderful poetry - you want a good time. And Chromatica certainly delivers on that.

    I love the orchestral and classical opener and interludes; they add a bit of uniqueness and spice to a track-list otherwise teetering on the edge of repetitiveness. And I can't finish this review without talking about the closing track Babylon - a nod to Madonna's Vogue, with great wordplay (Babylon / babble on), a choir and catchy beat; it's definitely the best track on the album. The amount of times I've strutted around my house like I'm on a runway, going 'serve it, ancient city style' is insane.

    The only thing stopping this being a perfect album in my opinion is the lack of experimentation (the most experimental track here is Sine From Above, which I don't even like) and maybe it could have done with some more personal and epic songs. Nonetheless, Chromatica is a joy to listen to and it's one of my favourite albums released this year.    … Expand

    The entire LP is filled with remarkable dance tracks giving off messages of healing and pain in such creative ways. "Plastic Doll" is my favorite track, in which Gaga acknowledges she fits the requirements of    Wow. Ask Gaga and you shall receive. Even though her past three albums weren't as successful as "The Fame" & "Born This Way", Lady Gaga definitely made it up with "CHROMATICA".

    The entire LP is filled with remarkable dance tracks giving off messages of healing and pain in such creative ways. "Plastic Doll" is my favorite track, in which Gaga acknowledges she fits the requirements of being the "perfect popstar", but confesses that society dehumanizing artists brings her pain.

    This is exactly why Gaga is where she is now. The way she tells stories through song. The catchy pop beats that catch our attention. The electrifying feeling throughout. It's literal perfection.

    to be fair, this is the most pop dance album by her, really this is good! i appreciate her job. its fun the lyrics... although, some songs dont get me. overall: its a good album, go ahead, you will have a lot of fun with this record! (8/10)

    The way in which Lady gaga reflected her personality in this album is very spectacular, it is very authentic and has rhythms that I am very catchy, I honestly love it, thank you for being part of my quarantine Lady gaga, I really admire you a lot, and thank you for such a wonderful album, my favorite song is Plastic Doll.

    One of few albums I'd love to lisen from the first to the very last song. It's catchy, meaningful a shows us Gaga has her own spot in Pop Culture, even it's more that a decade since her debut. Rain on Me, Stupid Love and Enigma are my personal favourite. Sour Candy is album's weakest song in my opinion. But workds well with other song so it fits there. I'm not saying it's bad.

    Lady Gaga nos sorprende al volver a sus raíces de electro-pop y por comercial, acá podemos destacar como nos pone a bailar con canciones como "Rain On Me", "Stupid Love", entre otras.
    No podemos destacar producción, pues está es plagada de samples, que obvio no es malo en varios sentidos pero asimismo terminan con la originalidad de sonidos que nos propone este disco, a pesar de que nos    Lady Gaga nos sorprende al volver a sus raíces de electro-pop y por comercial, acá podemos destacar como nos pone a bailar con canciones como "Rain On Me", "Stupid Love", entre otras.
    No podemos destacar producción, pues está es plagada de samples, que obvio no es malo en varios sentidos pero asimismo terminan con la originalidad de sonidos que nos propone este disco, a pesar de que nos ponga a bailar por ningún lado se puede destacar algo innovador, como quizás lo fue "Born This Way" y "Artpop" de manera más actualizada, donde ella experimento con ese tipo de sonidos y a pesar de todo lograron incursionar fuera del éxito que tuvieron, pero que su experimentación destacó por si misma.
    En lírica suena igual que cualquier canción que quisiera ser comercial, no nos da un sentimiento de profundidad, pero pues para este género no se espera tanto como tal pero si como una artista a ese nivel y recién salida de 2 eras como "A Star Is Born" y "Joanne" innove en letras para un álbum comercial y que nos ponga a bailar pero se queda estancado en lo que se supone que vendría a ser normalmente "pop comercial" y es el problema de hoy en día, el pop al sonar bastante igual y repetitivo deja de ser comercial y por lo tanto empieza a ser desplazado por otro tipo de géneros como pasa hoy en día.
    Aunque se mantenga comercialmente en pequeños y/o grandes aspectos no podemos decir que es una joya, nos pone a bailar (algo que realmente todos nos gusta) y que Gaga jamás nos ha decepcionado pero realmente no innova como tal, no logra un impacto que como su primer álbum, segundo e incluso sus siguientes álbumes hasta Joanne, sólo tenemos más hits bailables y veraniegos que ya no logran un impacto como antes porque no progresan con el tiempo el cual vivimos.
    En otros aspectos como voz y asimismo en sí, las canciones destacan como tal porque se pueden escuchar y no te dejan de gustar por lo pegadizas pero para la época que fue lanzado realmente queda muy corto en respecto a otros álbumes; también el que cada día hay una evolución constante de la música y respectivamente en fans o no fans de las artistas, Gaga de por si no ha logrado generar una aceptación del General Public o por lo menos una base de fans muy grande para que tenga una recepción favorable y aunque ella internacionalmente se destaque en principales mercados como su propio país se queda muy corta con sus contemporáneas.
    Lo más destacable del álbum es el concepto de un planeta completamente nuevo y que cada canción nos sumerge en él, su poderosa voz y su "comeback" al pop que muchos/as añoraban volver a escuchar de la cantante.    … Expand

    Gaga takes us to Chromatica, a world she gave us a glipmse to back in her third installment Born This Way. With this record we can all dance away our pain, trauma and frustrations and be healed and fortified at the end.     it has the bops, the production and the vocals, but i'm missing something on the lyrics, the complexity/deep meaning and the overall concept. I get it, gaga wanted to heal the world with a banger album, but after years of waiting i was kinda expecting more.

    For me, Chromatica is not only a masterpiece but a incredible comeback for Gaga. In 16 tracks she was able to mix electronic, retro and pop in order to create create an amazing atmosphere in a entirely different world. There are intense lyrics that show how music can overcome our problems. In my opinion, her best album so far! Congratulations Gaga!

    Gaga’s Chromatica is a culmination of dead club dance songs that scarcely transmit any emotion or thrill. However, the project still undoubtedly delivers multiple dance gems (and few skips).

    It is sad that a legend like Gaga has to collaborate with mainstream artists to have a “successful era” even at the expense of the quality of the art. Take Sour Candy, the result is a song where    Gaga’s Chromatica is a culmination of dead club dance songs that scarcely transmit any emotion or thrill. However, the project still undoubtedly delivers multiple dance gems (and few skips).

    It is sad that a legend like Gaga has to collaborate with mainstream artists to have a “successful era” even at the expense of the quality of the art. Take Sour Candy, the result is a song where Gaga is unrecognizable: short track, small lines, flat progression, primitive rhymes filled with senseless lyrics just for the sake of catchiness. Gaga tries to save the song with different, unrelated flows but the result is a weird mess of a structure and song.

    Also, personally, I would have removed from the project Stupid Love and Enigma that are strikingly similar and bring nothing new to the Chromatica experience. Free Women fails to incite much needed female empowerment to the extent that any lyrics added over the production would have been unnoticeable. Furthermore, Chromatica II would have benefited from additional string tension for a more remarkable transitional flow that drives our Chromatica ride to the next section of the project.

    Is it worth the wait? So-so. A perfect mix of the Lady Gaga we missed (early 2010s) and the current Lady Gaga. Some songs were worth to skip but a few were good bangers (Babylon).

    Chromatica is better than we think. Lady Gaga not only produced music, she created a new world. In the future we will remember this album, because her search for wonderland is a perfect metaphor for the tragedy that is the year 2020.

All the producers and Gaga herself did an amazing job on this album, the intercultural collaboration with Blackpink has got to be the highlight of this album as well. The lead singles Stupid Love & Rain On Me have met our expectations, beyond expectations to be honest, both lyrically and visually, the music videos are by far the best and most mesmerizing music videos of this year without a doubt. It's the type of album you'd love to see winning a couple of Grammys.… Expand

    Sonidos que para la era de Artpop estaban adelantados a su tiempo. Quizá rememorando lo que en esa etapa fue infravalorado, nos muestra que aún tiene madera para trabajar. Además, tres colaboraciones que le dan el toque de lo distinto a su álbum. Esas transiciones apoteósica que se conectan con cada canción y que nos hace sentir en ese extraño mundo que es Chromatica
