Her vocals soar, they sound perfect together. She's very brave for taking a career detour like this, not often where a mainstream popstar will take a risk like this and expand into a new market. Go Gaga, Go Tony. Cant wait for the next album

This album shows why Gaga is above her contemporaries in the talent department. She doesn't need a big production camp to shine. Only her voice. With Tony, there is a true connection and it really shows on every single of the songs. "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye" and "Bang Bang" are my favorite solo Gaga tracks!

To be honest, I didn't expect much from this album at all. I figured it was no more than Gaga's sideproject: but I am happy to say I've been proven otherwise! I love Lush Life, the energy on I Can't Give You Anything But Love, the band on Anything Goes and the live intensity on the iTunes bonus track "Bang Bang (He Shot Me Down)". Tony is a little boring so that's my only criticism. ButTo be honest, I didn't expect much from this album at all. BulletIn and other users in here seem to not appreciate what Gaga and Bennett are trying to do by doing classic songs to the younger generation. Even if these songs have been done many times, the couple makes the songs seem new since our young generation of people twerking and crap songs,Tony and Lad did an awesome job!TOTALLY BUT IT,WORTH IT!

This album is one masterpiece, crafted by Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett.
I was never intereste din jazz and did not listen to it - but since I've heard this album, I appreciate it.
Tony Bennet's and Lady Gaga's voice shine in this album - even though they are a very unusual couple.

The duo prove their mutual love and admiration for each other, as well as how well they work together, on tracks 'Nature Boy' and title track 'Cheek To Cheek', while each individually shining on their several respective solos; 'Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)' as one of Gaga's, and 'Sophisticated Lady' as one of Bennett's. I'm nervous as I line up backstage for my One Direction meet and greet; I don't know what to expect, as I've always heard that Anything Goes at these meetings. I reach the front of the line and he immediately locks eyes with me, those dazzling sapphire eyes burning a hole in my legs. Louis excuses himself from the group and whisks me away to an empty hallway, pushing me up against the wall and taking me to heeeaaaven with his soft lips pressed to mine, Cheek to Cheek and toe to toe, my heart racing against his and my breath shallow with excitement. Now he's leading me down the hall and out the door--to his tour bus I expect, until I realize he's pulling me across the street and into the woods, leaving me wondering what he has in store for me.

We reach a grassy clearing in the woods and he pushes me to the ground, and we're just two Nature Boys caught in the moment, unable to Give each other Anything But Love on the forest floor. I feel his warm breath on my ear as he's whispering, "I Won't Dance around the subject... I need you now." With no one but the Fireflies watching, I give Louis what he wants, the Lush sound of his moans invigorating me with new Life, and his assurances that I'm far more Sophisticated at this than any Lady he has ever "dated" coaxing me along to the finish.

After we clean up, he turns extends a hand to me. "Let's Face The Music," he says, pressing 'play' on his iPod and letting my favorite Joni Mitchell song (All I Want, now available on iTunes) ring out, "and Dance together."

"But Beautiful Louis," I whisper, "It Don't Mean A Thing until you promise me it's forever. Can you do that?"

Louis looks at me with a grin in his eyes and a slight blush spreading across his cheeks.

"Bang Bang, you bet I can."

Lady Gaga innovative and powerful vocals, many thought she was finished but Cheek to Cheek proves otherwise. She' s got the voice, the artistry, the theatrics, the imagery, the fashion and most of all the chutzpah into the album that it feels like the album is alive and breathing.

This is just a brilliant way to bring timeless classic music to the younger generation. Its teaching them about Jazz, and wow does Tony sing his heart out at 88. And Gaga really surprised me. She is so more talented than I knew. Her singing Jazz seems so natural, this was meant to be.

What a wasted opportunity. Gaga can't relax enough to put her own spin on these standards. This project might have benefitted from the pair performing originals rather than these standards. It's so easy to cherry pick vastly superior versions of each of these songs by other artists. If the pair has written their own music together then Gaga might not have sounded like a off-key mimic. I've been a Gaga fan since The Fame, and it's amazing to see how far she's come since then. She really can sing any type of music. If you listen to You And I, Disco Heaven, Anything Goes and Teeth, some people may not realize it's the same singer. Gaga and Tony's voices blend perfectly in this record, I highly recommended it for Jazz and Pop lovers.
