Tony Bennett maintaining his vocal standards, Lady Gaga proudly shines and proves to the world that she has great vocal abilities on this album. Lady Gaga once again proves to the world that she is not just an ordinary pop singer, but a talented one with real vocal abilities. Not only she knows how to entertain her audience by putting on fancy yet fashionable outfits and pulling off a skill demanding choreography, but even when it comes to singing without any auto-tune or voice engineering, she seems to flourish and glow even more. This album is a cover full of standards and we should appreciate Tony and Gaga's effort for reviving the genre and the golden eras it used to have. We rarely listen to jazz nowadays and thank God Lady Gaga made an album with Tony thus introducing the great standards to her young and fans, whilst not forgetting to entertain the older generations who used to be humming these unforgettable tunes. I would have never ever thought Lady Gaga was such a talented artist. I thought she relied on gimmicks solely to overcome the fact of not being a good musician; I received this album as a gift by my nephew and I'm totally impressed. I feel so guilty for having ignored her for so long, she is one of the greatest musician of the younger generation.

As before, Gaga shows a great voice that blends perfectly with the calm style Tony, as noted in the first singles from the album "Anything Goes" and "I Can not Give You Anything But Love" (my favorite).

In the tracks "Cheek to Cheek", "Nature Boy", "I Will not Dance" and "It Do not Mean a Thing" we realized they entered the studio for this partnership, is really incredible talent of the two.

I have never been interested in Jazz but Lady Gaga is changing that with her amazing album full of Jazz standards! Her voice is so heavenly and matches perfectly with Tony. The chemistry between them on each track is apparent. If you want QUALITY MUSIC and to see a completely different side of Gaga then purchase Cheek to Cheek or even purchase 20! It will be a great holiday gift!

I've been a Gaga fan since The Fame, and it's amazing to see how far she's come since then. She really can sing any type of music. If you listen to You And I, Disco Heaven, Anything Goes and Teeth, some people may not realize it's the same singer. Gaga and Tony's voices blend perfectly in this record, I highly recommended it for Jazz and Pop lovers.

An amazing album from two great singers. Lady Gaga's jazz singing is wonderful Few people know she has been singing jazz since she was 13 and has sung jazz occasionally for the past several years.

This is just a brilliant way to bring timeless classic music to the younger generation. Its teaching them about Jazz, and wow does Tony sing his heart out at 88. And Gaga really surprised me. She is so more talented than I knew. Her singing Jazz seems so natural, this was meant to be.

I reach the front of the line and he immediately locks eyes with me, those dazzling sapphire eyes burning a hole in my legs. Louis excuses himself from the group and whisks me away to an empty hallway, pushing me up against the wall and taking me to heeeaaaven with his soft lips pressed to mine, Cheek to Cheek and toe to toe, my heart racing against his and my breath shallow with excitement. Now he's leading me down the hall and out the door--to his tour bus I expect, until I realize he's pulling me across the street and into the woods, leaving me wondering what he has in store for me.

We reach a grassy clearing in the woods and he pushes me to the ground, and we're just two Nature Boys caught in the moment, unable to Give each other Anything But Love on the forest floor. I feel his warm breath on my ear as he's whispering, "I Won't Dance around the subject... I need you now." With no one but the Fireflies watching, I give Louis what he wants, the Lush sound of his moans invigorating me with new Life, and his assurances that I'm far more Sophisticated at this than any Lady he has ever "dated" coaxing me along to the finish.

After we clean up, he turns extends a hand to me. "Let's Face The Music," he says, pressing 'play' on his iPod and letting my favorite Joni Mitchell song (All I Want, now available on iTunes) ring out, "and Dance together."

"But Beautiful Louis," I whisper, "It Don't Mean A Thing until you promise me it's forever. Can you do that?"

Louis looks at me with a grin in his eyes and a slight blush spreading across his cheeks.

"Bang Bang, you bet I can."

With naturally beautiful vocals from both Bennett and Gaga throughout the album, it is hard to find a flaw. The duo prove their mutual love and admiration for each other, as well as how well they work together, on tracks 'Nature Boy' and title track 'Cheek To Cheek', while each individually shining on their several respective solos; 'Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)' as one of Gaga's, and 'Sophisticated Lady' as one of Bennett's. It seems as though this is the first of many masterpieces by the duo. Expand

To be honest, I didn't expect much from this album at all. I figured it was no more than Gaga's sideproject: but I am happy to say I've been proven otherwise! I love Lush Life, the energy on I Can't Give You Anything But Love, the band on Anything Goes and the live intensity on the iTunes bonus track "Bang Bang (He Shot Me Down)". Tony is a little boring so that's my only criticism. ButTo be honest, I didn't expect much from this album at all. This album shows why Gaga is above her contemporaries in the talent department. She doesn't need a big production camp to shine. Only her voice. With Tony, there is a true connection and it really shows on every single of the songs. "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye" and "Bang Bang" are my favorite solo Gaga tracks!
