This album is completely a trash. We even copied music to some artist.

The album is boring, every song has the same message and beats are nothing special. Disappointing after the great Purpose album.

This album will be the worst in 2020. Melody is boring and the lyrics are childish and disgusting. I didn't think there was anything worse than a dirty lead single, Yummy. yeah... now we see Justin Rat has more places to crash.

This album lacks the killer voice and arrangement layers from the previous album. Nor does he has the raw talent in beginning of his career. Now, the dance is in slow motion. The most minimalist production confirms that all this softness is an aesthetic option, not pure lack of desire.

So basic... Not one good song on this trash called an “album”. Probably one of the worst albums I've ever heard.
Stream rare by selena gomez instead.

eu sinceramente achei o album mais fraco da carreira com letras vazias e muitas vezes vulgar, e mesmo com todo desespero dele e do empresario acho muito dificil esse album dar certo

This album is a masterpiece, the songs, melodies, voice, lyrics, the whole story, the authenticity and the fact that Justin Bieber is the lead writer etc. I recommend for everyone to listen to it. It is very relatable. It's rnb and it is well made and will surpass your expectations.

While Bieber's voice still sounds like that of a mid- to late-teen, singing seems to come more naturally to him, and his falsetto pleas are neither bitter nor entitled, strictly genuine and adult.

It’s a record in total lust and fealty to Hailey; you’ll probably want to duck out to use the bathroom halfway through.

Artists can certainly grow up and mature without losing their edge or creative spark. Changes, however, is ultimately a transitional record that finds Bieber navigating how to reconcile adulthood with pop stardom—and discovering that, at least in his case, this merger is a tricky one.
