    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE BEAUTY OF THIS ALBUM. This is not like any other Lana del Rey project, it's special. In this album 'Blue Banisters' she does something she hasn't done before. The album reflects her story really well, where she's at now and where she was. The songs 'Living Legend' 'Cherry Blossom' and 'Nectar of the Gods' tell her story extra well since they're about 10 years old.

    She's very experimental with this album and her voice is everywhere. She does everything you would want her to do. In 'Dealer' 'Black Bathing Suit' and 'Living Legend' she's yelling. In 'Cherry Blossom' 'Beautiful' and 'Sweet Carolina' you can hear her wonderful vocals.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. this is one of her nest ones, the lyrics are so mature, and deep, her vocals and production is a little piece of heaven. She talks about turn sadness into happiness, her life experiences, and the love lyrics are so mature too, the song "violet for roses" shows a lot of personal growing and self love in lana, the line "ever since i fell out of love with you i fell back in love with me", that's beautiful. And the piano and guitar production mixed with blues is just perfect. Lana did it again, and she did it better than ever… Expand

    After a first listen I still can't believe she outdid herself again, but I shouldn't be surprised since we're talking about Lana Del Rey here ! This album is so cohesive and well written but with a new side of her such as in "Dealer" where we can hear a whole new Lana that we never heard before, her vocal performance on this album is such a refreshment. My favorite tracks are the followingAfter a first listen I still can't believe she outdid herself again, but I shouldn't be surprised since we're talking about Lana Del Rey here ! This album is so cohesive and well written but with a new side of her such as in "Dealer" where we can hear a whole new Lana that we never heard before, her vocal performance on this album is such a refreshment.     The album is unique in every expression of the word, it is harmonious, Lana, as always, is overcoming herself in every moment of her life and Blue Banisters makes it very clear.

    Não sei descrever o quanto esse álbum foi incrível de ouvir. Na minha opinião, esse é o segundo melhor álbum da Lana, atrás apenas do já clássico Norman **** Rockwell! A maestria da poetisa Del Rey está mais forte do que nunca. Há faixas melancólicas e eletrizantes. Dealer é diferente de tudo que já ouvi e uma das melhores de toda a discografia!

    Two amazing albums released in the same calendar year. Some of her best unreleased songs are now public releases and work so well to fit the vibe of this album. Black bathing suit was a stand out song for me, that tempo change and the backing vocals make the song truly unique. The whole album from top to bottom has such beautiful vocals and melodies. We are so lucky    She’s done it again!

    Enquanto Chemtrails era motivo de preocupação de que Del Rey talvez tivesse perdido seu toque mágico, Banisters é um lembrete de que quando a cantora e compositora está no comando de sua visão e explora totalmente suas emoções, ela ainda é capaz de criar uma beleza de tirar o fôlego.

    esse álbum está simplesmente perfeito, lana abre sua intimidade e nos mostra quem é de fato elizabeth grant. as músicas compõem de uma atmosfera exuberante e ao mesmo tempo trazem uma tristeza e angústia com uma grande aptidão sentimental e desolada. sem falar das técnicas que nunca imaginaríamos ver lana cantar assim. este álbum se tornou um dos meus preferidos da lana, my living legend

    While the days of Born to Die have long since passed, Lana Del Rey is still seeking paradise, closer now than ever as she turns her search inward, seemingly recognizing that paradise is ultimately found within the best of oneself. Still, if there is indeed a physical Arcadia to be revealed, it has not emerged in its entirety on Blue Banisters. That said, its intoxicating hints are enough to keep seekers thirsty.
