    Deep Sea Diver deftly modulates their energy over the course of Billboard Heart, whose front half zigzags through cinematic scene-setting and jittery accelerations, and whose back half mellows into a more pensive slow burn.

    Every track packs a punch, and they all sound like they could carry the Billboard banner, this new era of Deep Sea Diver. The soaring title track is the perfect introduction: gorgeous instrumentation and production delivers the mix of Dobson’s electric voice and the band’s steady-handed cohesion.
