Aug 3, 2023The hate that his album gets is genuinely astounding. It features some of the greatest trap songs of the 2010s and is packed with party bangers. If you're looking for a cohesive and deep album you won't find it here. But at least appreciate it for what it is.

Nov 4, 2022It's okay. A lot better than Stoney. The second half is so much better than the first half. some songs are amazing some are straight-up garbage. If you would delete the filler, it would be a really strong album. 6,5/10

May 16, 2022This album got me through public transportation in one of the unsafest places in my state. Helped me cope with my trauma, but I don't listen to it much anymore because I associate it with trauma. However, this album was really good. Maybe I'm stockholm syndroming it, but it is what it is.

Mar 14, 2022One of the best albums i’ve ever heard!
All of the songs it’s a hit. It's no wonder it's the 3rd most listened to album in the world. -

Nov 9, 2020It has some weird production decisions, Post sounds awful at many points during the album, it still has some redeeming features, they're some of Post's best songs to date, Rockstar is one of my top songs from Post Malone, But in the end of the day, the project as a whole was very disappointing.

Oct 29, 2020Beautiful melodies and fine production. One of the best hip hop albums I heard. What I love most about Post is his versatility, going from trap/rap to r&b and even pop. The collection of hits he's getting trough the years shows that he's here to stay. 10/10.

Sep 30, 2020Excelente, empolgante, uma coletânea de hits do incrível rapper post Malone.

Aug 28, 2020Great album with some bangers for sure. Not quite as polished as Hollywood's bleeding but still an awesome album and worth the listen!
-
Feb 14, 2020It has its tiresome sound, and songs that can simply be cut in the middle to have their sound good. However, I found that many of the songs were quite melodic and fun to listen to, as opposed to a lot of 'trap' at the time. The negative point becomes aggressive in its productions and compositions not being pleasant to hear.

Aug 17, 2019Large upgrade from Stoney, in terms of Lyrics, Vocals and Intrumentals. Flows very nicely, very excited for Album Number 3.
Best Tracks:Sugar Wraith, Over Now, Stay, Blame It on Me, Rockstar, Rich and Sad, 92 Explorer, Candy Paint, Zack and Codeine, Paranoid.
Worst Tracks: Spoil My Night, Otherside, Same **** -
Jun 4, 2019This album is more like a playlist rather than a full album. Stoney was much better. Weak lyrics, unconvincing vocals, the only good thing is the production

Dec 21, 2018The album is a horrible cohesion and everything blends. Post Malone seems to get a demo of a song and makes a cheaper and lesser-produced version of it. No music has reached its peak of expectation. Unsatisfactory.
-
Dec 3, 2018Very boring album. Many songs sound like each other. Large step down from Stoney.
-
Nov 11, 2018Although some songs becomes bland and generic, the album is overall very chill to listen to and got several bangers on it. It’s a good album to just chill out to.
Favorite Tracks: Better Now, Paranoid, Stay
Least Favorite Track: Zack & Codeine
My Rating: Decent 7/10 -
Oct 16, 2018It is a heinous crime that anyone would rate this frat-pop trash more than a 1.
-
Oct 3, 2018Can anyone explain to me why Post Malone is famous? It can't be because of good music, because this "album" is an aural crime. It can't be because of music talent, because you have to create something compelling, which Post Malone cannot do. It can't be because of looks. Just look at Post Malone, enough said. Something is...off

Sep 21, 2018Beerbongs & Bentleys is an album that I bought on CD for my car when my AUX cord broke, and I haven't stopped listening. This album has so many great songs on it, from Paranoid to Ball for Me, and the commercial success of Rockstar. These songs and all the others make for an album that is worth a full listen from track 1 to 18, over and over again. One of the best albums of 2018 and deservedly so.
-
Sep 5, 2018Everything blends together, it's not very cohesive. Malone sounds just like what he is- an annoying white guy who takes the bare essentials of trap and makes a cheap, commercially safe, lazy version of it. Better now is a pretty good song, I'll admit. But there's nothing that separates most songs from each other, and it leads to a very unsatisfactory experience.

Aug 1, 2018Post Malone really stepped up his game when it came to Beerbongs and Bentleys. His work just keeps getting better and better. This is honestly an album full of hits that I listened to on repeat for hours on end when it first came out. Definitely worth a listen!
Awards & Rankings
-
May 18, 2018Beerbongs & Bentleys is an apt reflection of his lavish lifestyle and his subsequently begotten hardships, but its attempts at sincerity work only when Post Malone stops trying so hard.
-
May 9, 2018There are occasional intrusions of other ideas, like the agonized rock on “Over Now,” and when far more formalist artists like Nicki Minaj or G-Eazy arrive, they sound like teachers trying to enforce order in detention. But in total, Beerbongs & Bentleys is admirably committed to form, one long song of the decontextualized now.
-
May 7, 2018This moment of fuzzed-out, fucked-up pop music with questionably scant odes to rap music is not designed for posterity. To his credit, Post gets that, and is content to make overlong albums where every song can be a single. Not every song on beerbongs and bentleys can be a single, but there’s enough of them hiding in there to make it one of 2018’s more rewarding releases.
