    Anti is, undoubtedly, Rihanna's best album so far. Not because she delivered "good" music, a.k.a. profitable, but because this is all her. Her persona is all over the tracks. As daring as Kanye's Yeezus and equally genius: an album with no fillers is what every artist should be aiming too. Perhaps not what we expected, but pure creativity.

    O segundo melhor dela na minha opinião. Coeso, despretensioso e original. Não é fácil de digerir, assim como o Rated R... Mas com o passar do tempo vai ficando cada vez mais claro que esses são as obras-primas da carreira.

    ANTI is definitely a stand out in Rihanna's discography. Unlike her last albums, this is a whole body of work. Every song flows so well with each other. There is no single filler here. The album also could be seen as her most personal work yet, even exceeding Rated R. She contributed to every song which is a testament to her artistry. She also showcases vocals we've never witnessed before.ANTI is definitely a stand out in Rihanna's discography. Unlike her last albums, this is a whole body of work. Every song flows so well with each other. There is no single filler here. The album also could be seen as her most personal work yet, even exceeding Rated R. She contributed to every song which is a testament to her artistry. She also showcases vocals we've never witnessed before. She never sounded as good as on Love On The Brain. It also reminds of a more jazzy route which continues with Higher. A breathtaking emotional song. It shows her vulnerability and personality.

    Yet she still showcases her roots with Work featuring Drake. She doesn't neglet her past music and still does different music compared to the stale R&B/Hip Hop music the charts represent. Needed Me might not be the biggest change in her music, but it's such a good and catchy song. It also represents the theme of the album very well. Different sides of love in her personal live. Never Ending also represents that. A good ballad that talks about a new found love and the confusing feelings it comes with it.

    Rihanna doesn't fail to experiment either.
    Consideration showcases a new side to her craft. A production which is a standout on this album. SZA compliments the song very well too. Same Ol' Mistake took me by a huge surprise. Her covering a Tame Impala song might sound like rubbish, but she actually found herself in the song and for me she does the song justice. Worth the 6 minutes of listening sessions every time.

    This time the album isn't a singles collection. It it a definite body of music and Rihanna suceeded to create an album worthy to be called her best yet.    … Expand

    Anti is Rihanna's best album. It's so perfect. We wait it for 3 years and worth it. This album is so amazing. Rihanna is the best. And Anti is perfect.

    Rihanna se superou,ela está de parabéns,o álbum é simplesmente incrível e diferente. Um dos melhores do ano e é o meu favorito,todas as canções são maravilhosas. A voz dela está perfeita em todas as faixas,inclusive as outras no deluxe,são tão verdadeiras e pessoais, como a RiRi evoluiu bastante,quer dizer evoluiu para melhor e estou orgulhosa dela!

    I'm not a Rihanna fan (not in the least!) but this album in freaking incredible. Amazing production, her voice is incredible and the songs go all over the place. The critics really missed the point and the genius behind this album - and I don't use that word lightly. Pretty incredible stuff, from a huge music fan's perspective.

    Legendary album! Definitely her best work so far. There are no songs that I think are bad on this record, Rihanna, once again has delivered a career-changing body of work. Make sure you buy this!

    "ANTI" com certeza é o melhor álbum de toda a carreira da Rihanna. Ela não teve medo em mostrar algo na qual realmente sabe fazer. Músicas com quase nada de teor comercial, porém a qualidade é ótima. Não é um álbum pop genérico, mas também não é o álbum lento estilo ganhador de vários GRAMMYs, é simplesmente diferente. Rihanna acertou em cheio no conceito do "ANTI" para mostrar a sua"ANTI" com certeza é o melhor álbum de toda a carreira da Rihanna. Ela não teve medo em mostrar algo na qual realmente sabe fazer. Músicas com quase nada de teor comercial, porém a qualidade é ótima. Não é um álbum pop genérico, mas também não é o álbum lento estilo ganhador de vários GRAMMYs, é simplesmente diferente.     Anti was a fantastic album! You can see how much she grew and how much his album means to her. Songs that stand out for me are 'love on the brain', 'higher'. 'kiss it better' and 'james joint'. I wish the last one was longer.

    Very Solid and different sound. I'm so over the tradition Pop sound, this is quite refreshing. This album is amazing, is different, that's for sure if you're expecting beachy pop/dance songs I'd say you should skip this album.

    Stunning album. My jaw dropped the first time I finished listening. This is by far Rihana's best album and that is already telling much since she has an amazing discography.
    Same Ol Mistakes is a standout.

    This is the best album of 2016 at the moment, Rihanna definitely went a different route with this album and it worked so well. She is normally not known for an album like this so it comes as a surprise to everyone. Amazing album, great lyrics, great vocals, great tour and amazing artist!

She shows us who she really is, not at commercial pop star for teenagers but a real and great artist, who co-writes her own songs. Instrumentals are delicious. Listening to this masterpiece could make you have orgasms. You don't need a partner anymore to feel the pleasure    Waouh! Rihanna did it once again.

    She shows us who she really is, not at commercial pop star for teenagers but a real and great artist, who co-writes her own songs. Instrumentals are delicious. Listening to this masterpiece could make you have orgasms. You don't need a partner anymore to feel the pleasure just listen to ANTi it's that simple. Rihanna's voice is a jewelry, a pure miracle coming from heaven.

    Very far from her farmer pop/dancefloor commercial songs, she made a difference choice and that is much for her credit. In her fragility, she finds her strength and that's why she constantly renewing herself as an artist, she surpasses herself and never stop surprising her fans and the audience in general for 11 years now. And God knows that not every artist can afford to surprise and generate as Rihanna do a sense of excitement through time.

    I love every song on the album. She's versatile as always. It's a personal album in which anybody, the young and the not so young, black, white, yellow, red, rainbow people could identify.
    Lyrics are powerful (Love On The Brain, Higher) meaningful and deep (Kiss It Better, Close To You) it's an album in which we can party and bullshhh (Work, Pose), where we can make love (Sex With Me, Yeah I said it, Same Ol Mistakes), in which we can get high (James Jones, Consideration), when you don't manage to sleep (Never Ending), to play after an hard day at work, or to celebrate the weekend (Desperado), useful when you're partner cheated on you (Needed Me, Woo), to play at funerals (Goodnight Gotham). Every song could help us to get better in life, to love life, to appreciate what we're doing, what we have, to enjoy moments we're sharing.

    As a conclusion, ANTi is an EXCELLENT, BRILLIANT, INTELLIGENT, SASSY, TIMELESS, INNOVATIVE, anyway a BEYOND PERFECT album in which each song deserves an award. Masterpiece now makes sense to me.

    Once again, well done Rihanna !!! Don't stop blessing the world with musicals work of art such as ANTi... what else ? 10/10.    … Expand

    Rihanna's best album to date. I'm a Navy since 2010, and she has improved so much vocaly, the album is excellent, the tracks are amazing (except Woo, she sounds like a goat ). Anyway , aoty 2016 for sure, better win Grammys next year or I'm suing

Lindsay Zoladz of Vulture believed that "to neatly classify Anti by genre, you'd have to invent one," which she described as being "industrial dancehall". Ben Rayner of The Toronto Star stated that Anti is divided into two halves; the first consisting of "futuristic robo-R&B", whilst the second half contains "a more organic breed of soul".

    The album's lyrical content predominantly touches upon themes of relationships, exploring what it means to be in love, to get hurt, to need someone, and to be true to yourself.The theme of relationships is picked up in numerous songs; "Kiss It Better" sees Rihanna questioning how far an ex-lover will go to get her back; in "Woo", Rihanna turns spiteful, stating she does not care for her ex-partner, while "Never Ending" features Rihanna admitting she would like to be in love again. The album's themes were also noted as being unapologetic, with an uncaring attitude, and self-assurance.

    During the album's recording Rihanna aimed to create an album that was both "soulful" and "aggressive", elaborating on this she stated that the aggressive and soulful themes would be heard in the musical, lyrical and vocal context.During a press conference in early 2014, Rihanna told MTV News that she aimed to depart from the musical style of her previous releases, which she described as being "big songs. From the jump, they just blow up." Rihanna continued to state that with Anti she would be focusing on music that "felt real" and soulful and would be timeless. She also stated that she wanted to record songs that could be "timeless" and that she could perform 15 years later. "Not any songs that were burnt out.     The new album of Rihanna is really different from all the things we saw in "Music of the Sun" to "Unapologetic". As its name implies, "Anti", the album against everything that Rihanna has done. The songs have a footprint over 80s to 90s, classic ballads, and it's all very danceable and wonderful. This is a great Rihanna album that captivated me from the first time I heard.
