    It’s an amazing album. I prefer the ballads over the pop songs to be honest. Flowers and Highly Emotional People are quintessential Marina songs!

    Marina vem das cinzas, álbum perfeito da primeira à última música. Sonoridade desse álbum lembra muito o primeiro álbum dela. Recomendo muito essa obra prima.

After exploring the political sphere, Marina turns inward and more personal for the album’s second and final chapter inspired by her breakup. This part explores the war inside her mind, the double-edged sword that is love, holding on to the pain, moving on, admitting to caring more about others than herself, staying true to yourself, and saying goodbye to your past self.     Absolutely amazing. Another masterpiece. Nobody can do pop music like Marina. She always show so much self-consciousness, what is very uncommon for pop artists. She was very successful reuniting parts of her best past work on that album.

I managed to connect with each letter in a unique way, I could tell that Marina tried to connect with us in a way that she hadn't been able to before and hit the nail on the head. This album has beautiful lyrics and unmatched melodies. I completely feel Marina talking to me and telling me how she feels or as if she knows me so well as to say what I can't. She feels like Marina finally manages to open up to us and she talks to us about the art industry, she gives us a criticizes society and current social problems, it also shows us that part of love that hurts so much, that we do not want to talk about, She teaches us that even if we believe that this person is the right one, their actions will make us see the reality of the idea of ​​romantic love that we have implanted in our heads. With some inspirations in TFJ, Froot and some Electra Heart, Marina gave us a work of art and was reborn from the ashes like a phoenix. One of the best albums I have ever heard!… Expand

I always put so many meanings in her lyrics, that's what makes me tendencious aboutIt's important, as a fan, understand where the artist is, in life and in the music.     MARINA’s best work until now. First of all, she wrote it all by herself and the themes of the songs are incredible. She reflects about her own life, the world etc. It’s just amazing.

    Everything is delicate, but nothing is muted. This aesthetic certainly isn’t for everybody, but after her ambivalent pop experiments, Marina no longer needs her albums to be. It’s a beacon out for the highly emotional people of the world, of whom she clearly is one; it’s for her.
