“Wasabi” was directed by Gérard Krawczyk, who also directed “Taxi 2” (2000), “Taxi 3” (2003) and “Taxi 4” (2007). The screenwriter and producer was Luc Besson. “Wasabi” is an action-comedy movie. Hubert Fiorentini is a French detective. His ex-beloved dies and he finds out that he has a daughter. He goes to Japan where he meets his old friend.
