It did a pretty good job relating to the book, but it could have done better with the effects, although considering the budget, it wasn' that bad. Not bad for a faith based horror/psycho thriller which has some creepy moments. Could have been a lot worse. But did all the explosions really have to be slow motion? And the characters are pretty much one dementional.

His aunt and family annoyed the heck out of me. The "Riddle Killer" was obviously very similar to the Jigsaw from the "Saw" movies. Main actor was fairly good, supporting cast was so/so. It's not a horrible movie, but it's not something I would really recommend.
