But these achievements and others—including an undeniable erotic charge to some of the scenes—add up to less than the sum of their parts without a strong enough overall vision to shape them. I remember taking this out of the video store at which I worked, thinking it would be this hot, sexy thing. Instead, it's boring as sin! Sure, you've got some racing moments, but they're few and far between.
