O’Rowe...evokes both a theatrical and literary sense of narrative (it’s likely no coincidence that Jim references novelist John Updike), with scenes effectively unfolding like well-honed chapters. The cast is also first-rate. Read full review

The Delinquent Season closely follows two married couples along with the ups and downs of their relationship. I loved this movie because of how realistically dramatic it is, dealing with issues of cheating and lust in a way that felt like you didn’t know who to be rooting for.
