I think this is a wonderful, touching film. Yes, like many of Charles Burnett's films, it was a low budget, independently financed film, but it does not feel low budget in any way. The acting is superb and the technical aspects (photography, sound, etc.) are great. It is shame that thisI think this is a wonderful, touching film. This movie is one movie that I can put in my favorites list. It may not have been in theaters or racked in ten gajillian dollars but it was definitely worth taking time out of my day to watch. The characters and the plot were very well put together and the acting made it that much betterThis movie is one movie that I can put in my favorites list.
