Even when Ford strongly foreshadows future revelations, Strong Island holds narrative jolts, many fueled by shocks of betrayal. In losing William, the family also lost their faith in their country, their community, and in themselves. Read full review

Incredibly slow. Padded out slow talking and big gaps to show still shots of empty rooms.
One sided story of a death that you only hear about 30 seconds of the events and the families side. And no real actual anything to keep you interested. Don't bother...
