While it has a few funny moments (including the uncomfortable date that begins the film), Slow Learners mostly feels like a collection of exaggerated performances of drunkenness and mean-spiritedness that leads to a very predictable end. Read full review

For what it was, this movie was as good as it gets. The plot was completely predictable but the improvised dialog was brilliant. Nearly every scene was filled with laugh-out-loud lines (and the out-takes during the credits were even funnier).
