It may have been a long road to glory, but seeing Perkins (then 97) and Smith (75) enthusiastically accept a 2011 Grammy for their album “Joined at the Hip,” it’s readily apparent that it was worth the trip. Read full review

I saw it and loved it. It was too short, but it was powerful. It's really for anyone who loves the blues and rock n roll. It was a typical documentary about the career paths of 3 sidemen. But, the talking points by the 3 sidemen were great, although most of the other reflections fromI saw it and loved it. It was too short, but it was powerful. The music was the star, but I wished there was much more extended sequences of playing of the music. There was plenty of time for it. As is, it's only about a 75 min film.… Expand
