The documentary broadens well beyond a portrait of this particular facility to address the underlying causes of these crimes and to question how society might more constructively deal with the issues, where offering counseling to abuse victims becomes as important as, if not more so than, persecuting their abusers. This documentary challenges you as a human being to try and understand and even forgive, it really makes you think. The approach taken is not to excuse past transgressions, but to try and look at factors that can result in reckless and illegal behavior. The approach taken is not to excuse past transgressions, but to try and look at factors that can result in reckless and illegal behavior. I found that each story was clearly different from a simple error in judgement to full blown molestation it was detailed. Second chances wasn't what the doc is looking for as much as trying to understand the horrible cycle of abuse that can occur in some families. This is strong work. A-… Expand
