It's confusing but I think it's about a crew shooting a gay zombie movie that comes upon a cute emo undead twink named Otto. It follows his adventures as he roams the countryside hooking up with randos and culminating in a big orgy. Like I said it's really odd. There is however a certain grotesque charm about it all. The film is definitely a metaphor for the aimlessness of youth and sexual hunger. It's not a porn but it is kinda soft core. There are penises but usually they're in undead stomachs. It's overly gory and overtly campy but the film manages to work well enough if only for originality.

What a tedious piece of trash. SO utterly boring that the kinky zombie sex doesn't even make it exciting. This is the most unclever poorly acted arthouse film I've seen.
