Summary: Brian Weathersby is a 28 year-old salesman at a high-end Swedish mattress company. Yes the director probably tries a little to hard in making the characters "quirky" and yes there are a few plot holes and scenes that don't mesh with the overall movie but all in all I really enjoyed this film and laughed many many times and to me that's all that really matters. A bland comedy, even with a terrific cast. I just found it too slow moving and boring. It's well enough produced but too often nothing happens in the film to hold the viewers interest.

Despite a few very funny moments in this film especially from old pros John Goodman, Ed Asner and Jane Alexander, Gigantic came off very uneven and lacked focus toward its purpose. Finally what's up with those inexpicable scenes of the guy beating up Dano constantly???

En général, les films indépendants ne sont pas aussi dramatiquement nuls à chier mais Gigantic prouve le contraire avec cette bluette qui se veut décalée mais se retrouve complètement à côté de la plaque... à moins qu'elle ne se veuille "drôle" comme une sorte d'humour anglais décadent quiEn général, les films indépendants ne sont pas aussi dramatiquement nuls à chier mais Gigantic prouve le contraire avec cette bluette qui se veut décalée mais se retrouve complètement à côté de la plaque... à moins qu'elle ne se veuille "drôle" comme une sorte d'humour anglais décadent qui aurait fini dans un macgerbal sur lequel les gens marchent dessus sans s'en apercevoir. Ce film est donc un macgerbal écrasé dont même un cabot bourré ne voudrait pas.

Le bon Goodman s'est égaré là-dedans, le cave qui veut adopter son bébé chinois est juste ce qu'il prétend être : un cave et la Zooe Bordeaux-Chesnel ferait très bien dans une pub pour rillettes. Mignonne mais conne comme un balai à chiottes. Non, nous n'avons pas les mêmes valeurs et cet ersatz de film péteux qui parle pour ne rien dire n'en a aucune.… Expand
