This is a very good comedy and a great comeback for Chevy Chase. Two tumbs up!

an excellent switching places comedy chevy chase style. The whole movie is about who gets to the million dollar suitcase first. It takes place in a single apartment where key characters constantly bump into each other and improvise. Loved it.

Better than anything Chevy has done in at least a dozen years - makes good use of his comic skills in an esemble - rather than expecting to carry an entire film on his own.

The critic who said it was "never quite hilarious, but always amusing" is just about right, although I found it more along the lines of a steady stream of boredom with an occasional laugh. This movie was awful. From pure boredom to failed comedy and plot, this movie is everything you would not want in a comedy. The movie thinks that using cuss words makes everything automatically funny, and that obviously isn't true. At all. I had a hard time getting through the first 10This movie was awful.
