Fireworks takes you on that little journey. It may affect you deeply, or it may just come and go, a fizzling sentimental aside in an otherwise hectic day. But it’s hard to deny that it approaches its fantastical story with maturity and grace, and a thoughtfulness about what it would truly mean to leap into a “what if” and seriously consider never coming out again. I actually dont know why this Anime has so bad raitings. I will just akip the story and say my opinion. I think that it is an fantastic anime it has great Animations, music and story. Does´nt have all the skills for make it memorable, as a SG production. The premise of "butterfly effect" worked better for someone else, but the characters have some kind of charming, particullarly a heart-ache finale and an unsolved question as conclusion. Your choice.

An interesting story that feels unable to start up and fails to be enjoyable. Although the animation work is very good that does not exempt it at all of its poor narrative.

The colors and scenery of this movie are beautiful and the idea of the plot is fine, but I found it boring, repetitive, and I did not empathize with the characters at all.

Fireworks is an unfortunate let down of a movie. I'm surprised this anime even got a US release. It's just so strange, and the characters are completely forgettable.
