A primitive plot is hidden behind a great rotoscoping. I might have fallen in love with this movie if I had watched it as a child. Perhaps.

Un animé qui date mais qui a plutôt bien vieilli : l’animation, notamment, n’est pas si mal -toutes proportions gardées, bien sûr- et la réalisation reste de bon aloi, n’ayant certainement pas à rougir de la concurrence de l’époque. L’ambiance est du genre Connard la barbare et le héros ressemble à… Rahan ! mais c’est sûrement une coïncidence… le voici en tout cas bien malgré lui à tenter d’aider et sauver une princesse en détresse, enlevée par les malfaisants du camp de la glace… Les gentils, eux, sont du côté du feu et veulent récupérer leu princesse chaude comme la braise !

En effet, elle fait fondre tous les icebergs… car la princesse en bikini trimbale son gros cul et ses gros nichons de bonnasse d’un bout à l’autre du film, à mettre en PLS tous les otaculs de la japanimation ! c’est là qu’on voit que ça date des années 80, car il s’agit tout de même d’une production américaine et en ce temps-là, on n’était pourtant pas coincé du cul comme maintenant…

Et donc, impossible de faire un truc pareil à notre époque… ce qui ne veut pas dire que la princesse en bikini soit une gourdasse, non, non… Elle se révèle au contraire maligne et opiniâtre !

L’action ne manque certainement pas au cours de cette heure vingt même si le scénario qui sait garder le cap (et le rythme) s’avère bien simplet, pour ne pas dire faiblard. On n’est jamais surpris par le cours des évènements… et le manque de sang est un peu déconcertant, car la brutalité est tout à fait de mise, ici ! En tout cas, ce vieux machin de l’animation reste une ‘curiosité’ et un témoin de son époque, assurément.… Expand

This movie is so bad is not even funny, it feels like a parody but it definitely wasn't intended to be that. It s just sad that almost 36 years later I think everyone involved in this must have suffered from some level of autism. The animation is terrible but the dialogue is worse.
