This film was numblingly pretentious. In the beginning, there are a few hilarious moments involving cantankerous old men, soccer balls, and broken bottles. Then there's a lot of watching characters sit and stare. There's barely any dialogue in the entire film. Finally, the female This film was numblingly pretentious. Finally, the female lead, who's never spoken, suddenly turns into a superhero and takes part in a bizarre fight sequence where she flies around and kicks the ... out of some soldiers. Maybe the film's not supposed to make any sense, but it's neither interesting nor cathartic enough to impress me as an allegory for war.… Expand
