Μετά από ένα τραγικό δυστύχημα στο οποίο σκοτώνεται η σύζυγός του αλλά επιβιώνει ο 5χρονος γιος του, ο στρατιώτης Raymond Marrow επιστρέφει στη μικρή πόλη όπου μεγάλωσε. Αντί όμως να βρει εκεί να βρει την ηρεμία του, ο μικρός γιος του αρχίζει να μιλάει και να αναφέρει στοιχεία για τηνΜετά από ένα τραγικό δυστύχημα στο οποίο σκοτώνεται η σύζυγός του αλλά επιβιώνει ο 5χρονος γιος του, ο στρατιώτης Raymond Marrow επιστρέφει στη μικρή πόλη όπου μεγάλωσε. Αντί όμως να βρει εκεί να βρει την ηρεμία του, ο μικρός γιος του αρχίζει να μιλάει και να αναφέρει στοιχεία για την προ-ετών υπόθεση εξαφάνισης μιας νεαρής κοπέλας, κόρης του τοπικού γκάνγκστερ.
