The action scenes aren't believable, and the audience knew ahead of time that there was going to be a happy ending. Infinity War felt like a kid had his action figures from different franchises fight it out (and you experienced how awesome it was in that kid's head), whereas Endgame felt like a generic Triple-A video game where the characters dressed up as Marvel characters. Esta película logra capturar la esencia de lo que hace que los Vengadores sean tan especiales y los presenta en una emocionante conclusión que dejará a los espectadores boquiabiertos.

Uno de los aspectos más destacados de "Avengers: Endgame" son los efectos visuales. Desde el primer momento hasta el último, la calidad y la atención al detalle en los efectos son absolutamente impresionantes. Here's what happens: They reintroduce all 75 main characters throughout the film, allowing brief pause at each one to facilitate the audience's fervent circle jerking. Tony stark is exiting the franchise - it's understood that this is a huge emotional affair and that obedient nostalgia is expected. The first 1.5 hours of the film is essentially just a checklist for the comic-con crowd to coomer and croon over. There is an intermission for vaseline/lotion reapplication. A lot of boomer-tier one liners designed to immerse you in the ignorant escapism of the MCU. Then, a CGI clown car fight scene occurs, Captain America gets Thor's power, because America. Breathtaking third act that left me speechless every minute more, leading to the ending that is bittersweet and one of the most beautiful I've ever seen for a film saga. The characters complete 11 years of evolution in a sublime way, Stark and Rogers above all. This and much more is the pearl of the Russo brothers. Easily one of my 3 favorite movies.… Expand

Nothing beats Black Panther as the best Marvel Cinematic Universe film, but this film is so exceptional I rewatched it so many times just so it could beat Avatar at the box office.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I was mostly excited going to see this film when it came out in cinemas, however upon viewing I was quite disappointed.

While the action scenes were fun and there were some good laughs throughout, looking back on the film it was 3 hours of my life I will never get back. I was particularly upset with the use of time travel as a cop-out for the snap.

I found it a bit self righteous calling out various time-travel films (particularly Back to the Future) for having unrealistic time travel rules when any time travel theories that exist are already paradoxical anyway. Endgame's rules were no exception to this and also were so confusing that the film constantly had to keep breaking them to work. This was not aided by the unnecessarily complicated explanation given by Prof. Hulk.

In addition to this, the presence of time travel in the MCU now cheapens any of the sacrifices made in any of the films as the heroes can just go back and pull their friends from an alternate reality (like what they did with Gamora).

I was also dissatisfied with the whole premise of the film as being a plot to reverse what was done in the previous film rendering the two movies as pointless. I really enjoyed Infinity War, but found Endgame to be a disservice to the set up it was given.

Side note: Though I have seen all of the films except for Hulk, Capt. Marvel and Far From Home, I am not the biggest MCU fan so my opinion may be partially biased as I do quite enjoy poking fun and nitpicking the films (that is my way of enjoying them). However I tried to keep this as respectful and honest as possible by making sure that all the points I have made are my genuine opinions and not just designed to poke fun at the movie or anyone who enjoyed it.

So if you enjoyed the film, I totally respect that and am very happy for you. I just wanted to share my personal opinion.… Expand
