Too little attention is granted to Apex’s world-building, and the sci-fi aspect of the film seems more of an afterthought rather than an active factor, making the film a terrible, mediocre letdown. Read full review

There will be no nostalgia or good will left for Bruce Willis if he keeps on dialing in some terrible films. Neal McDonough takes up some of the slack in Apex, but otherwise its filled with wooden acting and terrible dialogue. There are few, if any, redeming features.
