Where this film thrives, is the honesty in each characters flawed being. Not one of the love- searching souls in the film seem to know at all what they’re doing, and that’s the truest part. Love is messy, and it’s damned confusing. A lot of the time, we ourselves get in the way. Read full review

To its credit, the script, by director Sara Zandieh and Stephanie Wu, works hard at inclusivity. Unfortunately, while a lesbian couple is fun, the gay men feel like a throwback and Alex’s bisexuality, which could have provided an intriguing and credible complication, goes nowhere. Read full review

Had me LoLing through the movie! Great cast and characters and a fresh take on the Rom-Com incorporating an immigrant experience from a millenial perspective. Tara Grammy is the real deal!! Def worth the watch !
