    One begins to wonder where the company found the nerve to release a game that plays as if it were coded by the ultimate beach personality, Jeff Spiccoli. [Mar 2004, p.80]

    While there are many teams to choose from, the gameplay is uninspired, mostly due to the poor AI, which it won't matter what team you choose. You can see all that Ultimate Beach Soccer has to offer in less than ten minutes. OK, under five minutes.

    I was left slightly underwhelmed and rather bored with the entire experience. Sure, Ultimate Beach Soccer is new and different and that might be enough to get a few curious gamers to check it out, but I doubt it will keep their interest for more than a day or two.
