    What happened here!!!!! DONT BELIEVE THIS CRUD, the game runs crap on the xbox, on a pc it is fantastic but somehow they managed to really screw this up forgetting to use any of the xbox features to keep it looking good over the porting from PS2. So what you get are points in the game where the frame rate drops to 4-5 FPS, and extremely poor jagged edges. Don't believe me? Waste your What happened here!!!!!     One word to describe it......EPIC! Or maybe 3 words.....UNDERGROUND MADNESS EPICNESS!! But it was awesome on XBOX......best NFS on this ol' console, with U2 and MW2005 coming in close. GET IT!!!!

    Dans ce sous-sol très néfaste et fastidieux du jeu de bagnoles résolument ridicule (et avec un aplomb sidérant dans la beauferie de tous les instants) Machin Underground reste aussi au ras des pâquerettes côté "con-duite" (plus con que duite et en plus très enduite d'erreurs) avec un con-portement aberrant, des collisions hallucinées et une imprécision permanente faite de temps de latence répétés.

    A ce merdier déjà peu ragoutant, on doit ajouter que tout cela est servi dans une soupe aux pixels assez épouvantable (j'ai cru devenir aveugle) saupoudrée de saccades et/ou de nombreux ralentissements ! et pourtant, ce sont des courses avec seulement... 4 voitures ! putain, EA, sans déconner...

    Difficile et délicat dans ces conditions exécrables de finir premier... alors il faut recommencer et recommencer encore... on préfère néttement nourrir la poubelle qui a faim d'étrons vidéo-pas-ludiques dans ce genre-là !    … Expand

    I don't know what drugs you guys are all on rating this game so high. I've seen playstation 1 games with higher res textures and less jagged edges. Add the choppy frame rates, boring tracks, and crap physics and this rates as the worst so far in the Need 4 Speed series. Get Midnight Club 2 or Burnout 2 instead. Better yet but PGR 2 and see what the XBOX can really do.

    The Graphics are good Lighting etc. Just like the last game the gameplay gets boring. The tracks are simple no interaction, it doest feel like a city atmosphere. To unlock all the cars and tracks you have to play through the same laps or tracks over againg then get a new track etc etc slowly slowly. The most important thing is the low interaction level within the tracks. The cars can be The Graphics are good Lighting etc. Just like the last game the gameplay gets boring. The tracks are simple no interaction, it doest feel like a city atmosphere. To unlock all the cars and tracks you have to play through the same laps or tracks over againg then get a new track etc etc slowly slowly. The most important thing is the low interaction level within the tracks. The cars can be customized a great deal. Hot pursuit had a better gameplay.… Expand

    This game is not for any wuss who likes Trucks and SUVs. Cause this is all about cars and speed. I played it at E/B too. It is the best NFS game ever. My dad is letting me get it the first day it comes out. You can take an old car and you give it all the accesories, you will cry in happiness. I do also Recommend The Fast and The Furious Video game cause thats like this but it lacks the This game is not for any wuss who likes Trucks and SUVs. Cause this is all about cars and speed.     This is the best racing game ever without a doubt. There is so many details to change on your car, everything from the tint on your windows to the stickers on the doors.

    It was bangin. the graphic detail they put in the scenary is sick it makes you feel like your really racing. Any game tryin to beat this has gotta be great.

    This game is perfect:long laps, no overkill by you having 1100hp and everyone else has 300.only one downside that don't even matter, this speed thing...it seems like youre going 300 when youre going 120, you don't notice unless you look at your speedo.The blurry nos shots happen if you spray over 75 mph, which makes it real. the best part is the handling,when you're going This game is perfect:long laps, no overkill by you having 1100hp and everyone else has 300.only one downside that don't even matter, this speed thing...it seems like youre going 300 when youre going 120, you don't notice unless you look at your speedo.The blurry nos shots happen if you spray over 75 mph, which makes it real. the best part is the handling,when you're going 130, you can turn but with a lack of control which completely make up for the speed part.PS.It is nearly impossible to drift in a front wheel drive car.Trust me,I've tried.… Expand

    Awesome... I've played all the NFS games and short of no having any cops, which I might add would have probably made this game too overwhelming, it's simply Awsome... The mods are great and quite specific and the graphics are a true testiment to the Xbox capability.... After playing this game for only a half hour I was hooked and wanting more... truly a great racing game...

    The game has atmosphere from the fast and the furious movie. The graphics aren't that great though, especially in when looking in the distance. It's all jaggy, like you'd see in a bad ps2 game. But the game is fun, just nothing special.

    I have to agree with Richard and Devils Advocate, this game on xbox at least is a bloody disgrace. The frame rate is absolutely shocking with glitches all over the place and makes the game totally unplayable.I challenge anybody to dispute otherwise.Do not buy this game, you have been warned!!!!

    Devil's Advocate i dont know why u are voting so low, Yes the graphics aren't as good as they could be but ps 1 does not have better textures then this game. The only down side of this game is its difficulty at some parts of the game it becomes frustrating and also the tracks do tend to become repetitive but over all it is an amusing game to play.

    GREAT GAME ... played it just today, got SO into it ... makes me beleive that I'm actually IN fast and the furious ... amazing .. ! now excuse me while I go play some more NFSU.
